You have to go to SE's site and download the Update Service Program. With this program you can update yo 960.
The update is not available for all W960i versions yet (European, U.S.A etc...)
* If you have a question about W960i or need help, come to tha W960i section.

NON sense comment!!!... Absolutely this phone is built-in 3.15 mega pixels!!! and this phone is great and stop ruining the image of this phone if you don't have the knowledge at all about this phone and this phone is not yet out so that invent ridiculous words! and this phone will not receive high votes if this phone is ugly OK "STUPID"...

I reallllllllly dont see the point in a 3mp camera if it has no autofocus!! are they that stupid? it looks horrrrrid. its like blowing up an already fuzzy picture no matter how steady your hand is. congradulations sony on making some over priced mediocre phones.

Wait wait....
SE released a new Firmware Update for W960i and the phone becomes much faster !! W960i Autofocus is faster and works now like the Cyber Shot phones ! Headphones & Speaker loudness has been increased ! Games & Apps load faster... etc ...
I have the W960i and I'm pleased ! I can't wait to update my phones Firmware!

i kinda like the outerlook but was disappointed that its actually a "flip" phone..could be classier if its a slide phone..yup...keypads do kind of look retro..somehow does not go well enuff with the outlook..

this awasome phone that i ever see that sonyericsson made have all the feutures that amaze me to the specific factor and i very proud to buy this kind of phone that have radio antena to receive a signal from the radio station and i love the shake control of this phone when you tried to shake its automatically move the song and the clamshell style of this phone its perfect to fashion the teens to offortunate the reality of life the color of the was great it atract the eyes of the people to buy this kind of a wonderfull phone.

Outer design : awesome,perfect
Internal design : well..it's classy nd rather cool but could be improved..those round keys r really perfect for typing (which i do alooooot) but they dont look tht good...
really glad they even improved the sound quality in the headphones wich was really awesome in previous W phones , and it comes with better headphones as well..so,i think this could be the best sounding device in the whole market,even better than any ipod..
however ,SE's W flagship remains W960 not 980 cause of the bigger touchscreen , UIQ software and autofocus/dual LED flash ...
