awsome phone...size, shape, specs everything great, stylish, thin n weightless, easy to carry, very good battery life, what else, i have this phone for 2 months, its my laptop n i m loving it, truly a great phone from sony, thanks sony for making such a nice device
i've had this phone for more than a year now and it's good.
everything still works. i had it updated to ICS. now i'm using some custom rom.
the chrome just started to peel off which is ok if you take into account heavy daily usage, getting it out of the pocket, putting it back in and so forth.
it's a very balanced phone, fits me just like a glove.
the audio amplifier could have been more powerful.
the 4-pin jack standard it uses is annoying because you can't use some of the other headsets with mic. and you can't use the phone's headset with other devices.
the build quality is good. the casing has some small cracks but i don't find them disturbing in any way.
overall, it's a good device.
i'm thinking of switching to xperia V in the near future.
my sony ericsson arc didnt work correctly with my phone mobile transmit , i have no signal when authers had .
its great . i have sony ericsson xperia since 5 months , but now some problems happend , its contact with gsm so bad ,so i didnt use it now .
Thanks but that didn't work at all.
Apparently that only works with rooted devices and no matter what I do, I can't root mine so the app can only move to Sd the apps I already could within the native manager.
Lots of times I try to update some app and phone says it can not even though it has 50 or 60mb of free internal memory. Does anybody else have this problem?
its very good i have this mobile its mmmmmmaaaaaaa i like it very much
Greg, 10 Nov 2012Why would the amount of internal memory matter since Android 4 lets you put apps on the SD card?It is obvious you don't have any android phone, and not surely an Arc.
I don't care much about internal memory but in fact it is a bit short on the Arc.
Android 4 as all androids ate least after 2.3 Gingerbread (which was the first one I used) let you install apps into the SD card. That is not the problem. The problem is that not all apps can be stored on sd card even on android ICS 4.0.4
That is why it would be important to have a bit more internal memory.
Sony Ericsson Xperia does not support to read the tamil fonts. how can install the tamil fonts or uppdate operating system
Joe-on-Android, 08 Nov 2012I have the Arc and it is a nice phone. There is also an update for v4.0.xy on it, wich runs ve... moreWhy would the amount of internal memory matter since Android 4 lets you put apps on the SD card?
