Even the white paper in the below site does not specify the RAM size of Neo....so wait till the phone is out...am sure it will be 512MB...compare the white papers of Arc, Pro and Neo for details!
Arc has got Shatter proof glass! But Neo is only scratch resistant!!
My question -
Scratch resistant - How good this will be?? as good as gorilla glass??
So tell me why should i buy this phone?
It's as same as Galaxy S (I9000) (Except Flash led and beautiful design)
Galaxy S has better internal storage and it's already on 2.3.2 beta and bigger screen plus it's super amoled, Faster processor and GPU (ARM & PowerVR) 2 GB ROM, Also it supports XVID and much cheaper and already presents in market and i bet it records better video than Neo.
So only people buy this phone because they're superficial only care for the look not for the great specifications exactly as people whom buy Nokia's phones.
Can anyone please tell when Sony Ericsson Neo will be released in Saudi.... I waiting for more this for a long time...
320mb of memory is this total memory or uses available, is user available then that is just about ok, but if some of that is used by the silly timescape skin then 320mb is useless. Why not put 1gb.
On my desire even with every app that can be moved to sd card i have 10 mb free, so cannot install anything else.
[deleted post]Number 2 and 3 categories on Nokia should be both -1.
The hardware specs on Nokia sucks! I know Symbian is a lightweight OS but we are talking about the hardware specs here and they are using old tech. 256 RAM and 680 MHz CPU on their flagships.
The build quality on Nokia devices has gone down lately. N97's lens cover scratching defect and the N8's and C7's purple screen.
Nokia should have scored 2/6
Okay, so for all those who are confused about the pricing of Neo, here is the link to SE's online retail site(UK)-
Neo is priced at 370 pounds (Preorder).

maaaaaaan saying that 2cores ll use less poweer then one is just simple bullshit. 2cores can be lower clocked to save power but still they ll sumaricly use more power than single core.
(created on on technological process, that is)
The Xperia Arc and Neo are announced for the 1st of april, and the Play will be launched soon after. This is for the Benelux region. Only question will be how extended the supplies are since events are not turning out well in Japan right now. I sincerely hope that they can control their nuclear emergency for the sake of their citizens and economy.

Anonymous, 16 Mar 2011does this phone have a qwerty keyboard also?yes, Xperia Pro
vpp, 22 Mar 2011dual core processors use less power when compare to single core. Not yet! When software is optimized, then this benefit should come into play. Look at some reviews of lg optimus 2x, or motorola atrix esspecially - it has a huge battery, but still it doens't really have much better battery life.
sammy, 21 Mar 2011does it play all video formats please ryply soon probably yes with 3rd party applications
In my quest for my first ever android phone, neo is my favorite. My question to the knowledgeable folks out here-
will 320MB internal memory sufficient to let me play around with android market apps? I have heard that you cannot store apps on your external memory.
other similar range phones are offering 1-2 GB of internal memory. Other than that this phone has awesome specs. Thoughts, advice anyone?
NEO..vs..PRO, 21 Mar 2011Okay people, why would you choose Neo over Pro and viceversa?lighter
