I have a question.....
Is the production of Sony Ericson Ray going to stop after Sony takes over Ericson's stake?.....Will the production of this phone stop in the near future like about in the month of March or so??
Please let me as I am planing to opt for this phone!!

Had this phone for weeks now. The best phone I've had so far. It's even better compared to the phones released later than this. The built, the design, and the graphics are EXCELLENT. I fell in love with it instantly the first time I saw it. Camera is superb. I was able to download vignette to optimize the flash. Facebook and twitter sync are great. I don't really know what Timescape is for but for what it's worth, it's cool plus I enjoyed using it since it shows "Posted via Sony Ericsson Xperia.." when posting in FB and twitter. Games were of the best graphics thanks to Bravia. I also enjoyed watching movies in it, although I had to download a video player from the android market but hey, video players there are free and that is what the market is for - to add and customize the apps on your phone, yes? Volume of the speakers and wifi signals are tolerable but could have been better.

As for the battery, it gets better in time. Update your phone. Mine lasts a day or two since I have this habit of charging it every night before I go to sleep. I never had to use power save mode even if I heavily use the phone (gaming, internet, music, video, cam, etc.)

I think this one is better than neo. They almost have the same specs anyway and when you weigh both their pro's and cons, they'd turn out with equal value.

Anyway, waiting for the ICS update!

Scratch-resistant glass,i think NOT!!!
My screen is full of scratches and i have been carefull.

For a good battery life use advanced task killer(is free on market)in crazy mod white killer app when u lock screen setting and will see.....3 days whitout charger ;)(on my case work great)

Hi everyone, thanks to comments made by numerous owners, I decided to buy an Xperia Ray & have had it for slightly over a week now. Display is gorgeous & just checking out recent online articles about the newer SONY-only labelled smaller XPERIA cousins the P & U, would seem that ray's display & camera pretty comparable, me thinks....

My experience with it though is that it's a little hungry battery guzzler... can extend its life by using toggling data transfer widget to being OFF when not surfing internet, android market, email, etc. Managing to get thru' work hours reliably with this.... also set a still rather than live wallpaper and select a lesser display brightness, my battery juice saving tips!! still happy with phone end of day...

neo v is so far better than Ray... because you don't have auto flash in Ray and you don't get hdmi port in ray... you ll get hdmi port along with the hdmi cable and auto flash in neo v, and camera features are very good in neo v and 3.7inch screen....

hi my ray was not connecting to any open WiFi hotspot. It shows limited connectivity. The connection is fine but not connecting for my ray. Somebody pls help...
