Why make things so complicated? If you lose trust to SE, don't believe in them anymore, can't wait any longer for this phone, just simply stop waiting, don't buy it, and buy something else. Why keep complaining? No one is forcing you to buy this phone, you aren't bound by any contract to buy this phone, why make things so difficult? Just go to the stores and buy other available phones if you really can't wait for X1 and already lost trust to SE. Trust me, there are many many other potential customers out there that will buy this phone when released. SE won't go bankrupt just because you don't buy this X1 phone, don't worry many other people will gladly take your place. So, please stop complaining now and go get Omnia or something else...

depend on stores business strategy?? strategy to sell 2 weeks later after u got the products?? if u dont sell it ASAP, people just buy it elsewhere!. another example for u! u have a store in a mall, u open at 1pm, other stores open at 10am! do u think people will buy a stores at 10am. or wait til your store to open at 1pm to buy the same item? do u understand?

most online stores dont need a contract to buy X1! y are they not selling it NOW?? up to stores to set date? if u have a product to sell, do u sell it today or wait 2 weeks to sell??
if u not going to sell X1 on 9/30/2008, y annonces that date! y dont they just annonce X1 relesed in Feb 2008!, it just takes 8 months for stores to sell it! hahahahahha

not 2 week or 1 month later!
i beginning to lose trust in SE! i bet their next excuess is delivery trucks lost the shipments! wait for next shipment in 2009!

a lot of people are missunderstanding about release date. I tell you that 3o sept is where SE stock x1 at stores and about when the x1 will be sold it is depend on stores business strategy.The stores make a date their selves to sell x1 not SE,it is included SE store in UK, they sell it on 8oct.SE is still consistent and not lie you.In other word oct is a month where the x1 will be sold by stores.

SE doesn't sell their phones as well as iPhone... because their marketing department is not too smart.
For example. if iPhone was released in 11 July.. we can start buying as soon as it became 11 July.. not after a month or two from release date.
They know lots of people wants X1 but they are still doing s-t-u-p-i-d Johhny X. Who cares.. He is not Bond..
