Xperia will offer only 3 to 4 hour's of working time however talktime may last more or upto 8 hours but don't forget that it has WVGA (800x480) 3" display with touch screen a power hungry 528Mhz CPU 1500mAh of fuel tank do its job but power hungry features will eat most of it juice 2" QVGA display bring downs 1100mAh battery in just few hours so don't expect too much from 1500mAh battery also do you remember Nokia E90 it has 4" (800x352) LCD with no touch screen slower 330Mhz CPU (symbian don't need more than that) same battery but it use to last upto 3 hour's so u can expect only 1 to 2 hours more of working time on XPERIA also N95's TV-out is crap but video is good and N95 use ARM 11 369Mhz CPU with 220Mhz GPU the true power of ARM 11 is used by Nvidia APX 2500 GPU it is capable of recording 720p of HD video and supports HD tv out upto 720p via HDMI 1.2 But QUALCOMM chipset and CPU used in XPERIA is also very powerful.

> In reply to Bipin @ 2008-06-04 22:40 from Mh}yWell, just dont say anything for the sake of saying.
Xperia and touch pro both have office applications and mp3,mp4 player as its always there in WM phones. Touch pro has a better RAM, that too just 32 mb but xperia has better processor. X1i has 7200A processor which is capable of recording vga videos @ 30 fps. X1a and htc touch diamond and pro have 7201A which can record videos only at qvga resolution. Check out the white papers for further info. So, xperia users from other than america can enjoy high quality 3d graphics while htc users cant. This is because of the lawsuit on qualcomm by broadcomm. In short 7200a chipset has a graphic accelerator while 7201a doesnt. Its software rendered.

Guys, the Xperia is an MPEG4 player while Touch Pro specs says its only an MP3 player. But Touch Pro has got Pocket Office (With MS Outlook) which X1 does not. The processor and RAM of Touch Pro are better than X1. Now, the 3G technology of HTC can only be used either in US or the Asias whereas the X1 can be used in both worlds (This note is for people who travel across both worlds like me)
Now, looking at the Nokia N96, its got DVB-H technology(U can watch live TV, not sure what channels we can watch) and a video player with 30fps. But the N96 does not have pocket office and its processor is not a good one (ARM 9 series 332 MHz). But then, its got a 5MP with the Carl-Zeiss Lens and a 16M color display type.
I am pretty confused on what to buy since each one has something special that i would like to have. Any suggestions?? Don't tell me to buy all three as a silly act of cracking a joke.

AS i said before,by the time this X1 hits the market its going to be TOO LATE.
Take a look to HTC Touch Pro,& August is its time to appear, who knows what other companies might come up with in this month or the other.
For the X1 which will be out in SEPTEMBER or the END of this year,it wont be a new or cool thing which SE only offers but a normal LATE PHONE!

Why you people are comparing AUDI (Nokia) to the BMW (Sonyericsson) in my opinion both brand are good and one that is telling about VGA video of N95 see watching video on a low-resolution TV is one thing watiching it on a LCD TV is other thing VGA Contain 0.3 MPixels if you watch it on a 26" or big higher resolution TV then you will jump from a building but viewing it 20" TV will not make video look bad i don't belive on you that it look horrible on 14" Display currently its the best video phone.
