Hi, I have a major problem when I take or receive calls on the X10i. As there is no sensor, the phone touches parts of my face and without warning the current call goes on hold and another one has been dialed - without my knowledge. Can anyone suggest a remedy short of using a blue tooth hands free ?

If the SIM card is locked you should check your PIN or PUK code, if she put new PIN you could certanly use PUK code which came with your number. If the phone is locked, then you probably have to contact your mobile provider, take your phone to the nearest mobile shop.
