Hey Guys i am using this phone for the past 7 months, i looks great in features and everything the only disadvantage is battery level and sound thats it.. Other than that its a nice phone....

hi all I'm going to buy the x10 in a week but i wanna no should i use android 2.1 or Gingerbread - Android 2.3.3 and if i use Gingerbread - Android 2.3.3 will i still have the time scape app ??
and if i used Gingerbread will i be able to update to the official Android 2.3 when released ??
please help me :(
by the way it is true there will be Android 2.3 at the end of Q2 or Q3 i read the announcement my self :)

I noticed that after rooting my X10, optimizing and deleting some of the pre-installed apps to make it much faster & extending battery life, there is some kind of trade-off to it, my PC companion can't seem to detect new updates for my phone anymore, it keeps telling me my phone is up to date even if new updates are already available weeks before whereas prior to all these optimizations that I've done, my phone was among the earliest to receive new updates. It's not much of a bother to me though since there are solutions to it at XDA. Just wondering if anybody here experienced the same.

HI ALL xperia10 users...i wanna share something with u al...as im using x10 and desireHD...I somehow lost interst in x10 and today i went to exchange my x10 for an apple 4g ipod touch((in which i cannot make calls))....but somehow my heart was not willing to take this step....so after visiting 2 shops i was still thinking.......as i was short of cash i was xchangin x10 for ipod touch......finally i did not took the step....did I took the right step???will gingerbread update increase its battery life???i dont like the battery life of x10...i love both of them and im not sellng them at any cost now...ipod can b bought later after earning......i hope x10 will have good battery life after update...desire HD gives xcellent backup after update....thanks
