Totally agree. If i really really wanted video calling, I have my N82 for the job. (which I will still keep after I get my X10) How many people use Video Calls in North America? At least none of my friends are using it.
On another note, although I've already decided to get the X10, it would be cool if it had that "voice to message" feature as the Nexus one has. It's nothing major or a dealbreaker, but just curious, is it a Nexus One exclusive feature, or is it a Android 2.1 feature?? Timescape and the Camera features on the X10 are just too cool already!
U.A.E. Dubai, 11 Apr 2010I see Beauty Life Big Xperia X10 Excellent perpect But little You Forget Sony Ericsson second... morestop complaining about no secondary camera/video call, I don't see it put into use as much as before when it was introduced to consumers.
Did that stop people from buying iPhone when it was only 2G? no.
Did that stop people from buying iPhone 3G/3GS w/o any video calling support regardless of it being a 3G phone? no.
HTC Google Nexus One? no.
Majority of HTC Android Smartphones? no.
Motorola's Motoroi? no.
need I say more? I don't think you can even give me one good reason why videocalling is needed when some to majority of smartphones people are aiming to buy or already bought (excluding samsung galaxy) don't support or even have a secondary camera.
just 1 side camera only....sony so bad....all new model 3g camera at backside....haiz
