I got Entertainment Passport when I bought Yari. Passport has PIN to download movies and music. All entertainment is provided by Sony Pictures and Sony Music.

I bought Yari yesterday about USD.260. Great phone. Music player is awesome. I changed the headset with my Clear Audio Headset and the result is 'wow'! Mega Bass works great. It has bigger album art and the new style is very attractive. Stereo speaker is loud and clear. Facebook and You Tube run fast. Facebook online on stanby mode. Camera has Smile Detection but the flash is a little bit dissapointed. One of the New Entertainmet Phone' by Sony Ericsson.

Im using SE phones since long time ago and in fact this one is a prove that SE are growing in quality in all aspects. Great phone!!!!!!!!

Hi ppl,I am using sony yari..this is one cool cool mobile.
but I have a query,how to activate the voice answer in this mob,I activated it but when I reject a call, just the busy tone is heard and not the the recorded tone,plz someone help..

excuse me, I would like to ask about the keypad of Yari...
I've tried the dummy of yari but I felt it was so hard to press...
not so comfortable...
especially the D-pad...
it was so hard...
how about the real yari???
is it hard also???

GSMArena Please could you do a full blown review on this? I've been waiting for so long for your review. You've done reviews on newer phones but why not this? This phone is so influential to the mid range market. Please do a review on this!

Yari is a nice phone. It supports Indian fonts. GPS Accuracy is 3 metres. Great phone.

OK guys...i got my yari few weeks ago n im gonna share my experience wid u. 1st of all..The gesture gaming feature is good but not up to d mark,bt music is just awesome!!! The GPS might not be as good as W995, but usefull nevertheless. Camera can be quite tricky- some pics r jst outstanding wereas some mite be dull. Screen quality is gr8 along with its UI.So according to me its the best in d mid-range category.
Now for those who have alredy bought it, theres n issue with themes. The Yari themes might not be compatible with your C905, C510 etc. Yari uses version 4.9 while the other are 4.8 compatible. Some of the difference between v4.8 and v4.9 are the new Activity Menu Small, Events images and Application Background images. The themes for w705 dint work in my cell coz it uses v4.8 wereas yari uses v4.9.
