If your phone still in warranty, I am sure your phone can be fixed for free (of course, this is not include user error). I was disappoint with this phone when I bought it first, but after it was repaired, I'm satisfy with this phone until now. My phone works better than before.

Crap phone, i wont lie, i regret buying this phone.. i had it for only a month n da screen went dead, had to take it to vodacare n dey fixed it for me, dc thing got no music player, eish wat a waist.....

I love sony ericson and I was very diapointed when it did not record the converasations as staed in the manuall and now it has just gone blank and it just switches off with no warning.I fail to understand why do I have to go and fix with with my own extra money something that is not my foult.I have 20 other people that have the same problem as mine.You are robing us sony ericsson.

My phone had ever switched off itself when I dropped it accidentally, but it still work fine, especially after got repaired in service center. They upgraded my phone's software. Until now, my phone is still work, no problem, whereas I have used it for 18 months now. Of course, camera resolution just VGA, no memory card slot, it is cheap now and old product. For me, it's OK! Before you buy a cell phone, read the specification first and look the design. Don't buy a cell phone without reading the specification and looking the design, because you will regret as you said.

My Sony Ericsson Z310i has got problem (restart first when calling or texting) too first I bought it. But, after it got repaired, I never face the problem anymore. I have used it for 18 months now. It's still good to work.

There is a problem with its workmanship. This phone switches itself off without notice. Also when you close the lid it at times goes off. No card slot, poor camera resolution, no FM, It has a poor standby and talk time battery. I regret buying it.

Unbelievable! This phone is seriously unbelievable! I had it for less than two months and it already has problems! I haven't dropped it once! First it wouldn't ring or show missed calls when people try to contact me so it's as if they've never called because there's no record! Then it started having problems receiving text messages.. in or out. I sent them and people don't get them OR they get them 6 hours later?! And when people text me.. i just don't get them.. at all. It has lost all it's communicating functions. Very disappointed. But i'm a SE fan and i've been using SE for years... this phone is the worst SE phone i've ever had. Others are much better. I don't recommend getting this phone. It caused me so much trouble when people get angry at me for not "picking up" when the phone didn't even RING.

Decent phone, but be careful with IR port. Apparently it stays on when you activate it and drains battery very quickly. Phone battery is now only good for about 1 1/2 days, after 2 years of use.

i had this phone for about 9 months, then i found out the battery wouldnt charge! i had the warranty still so i took it back to the store and they replaced the model with a new one but left me the same battery. With the "new model" ive had it for about half a year. Whenever i receive a call, the phone will ring and it shuts down automatically. When i call, the sme thing will happen OR the battery jumps dangerously low !! it's interrupted important calls !!
i WOULD NOT recommend this phone ...
