False data above. Z320i has 128x160 px display, TFT, and only 7 MB of memory.
I've just read a review here: http://mobilearsenal.com/index.html

I seem to the the only person who likes this phone, granted I came to it from a Sagem, worthless pieces of junk those phones are.
It looks nice its average on start up, has never ever frozen on me, good quality camera, internet works MUCH better than on my prior phone. Granted I dont buy a phone for all the little gadgets, only to make and receive calls with, in my opinion everything else is just showy glitzy stuff for people with too much time on their hands.
Great phone.

Both units of the Z320i we have struggled with from purchase of 21.11.07 displayed unacceptable faults:
1. Extremely slow power-up and activation to PIN code entry point.
2. Software “freezes” (“crashes”), such that shutdown not possible, and only disengaging the battery permits restart!!
3. Repeat of 1.-2. above despite trying different SIM cards belonging to other mobile phone (Nokia and Samsung) users.
4. Fast drain of fully charged battery, and repeated crashes after recharging battery!!
The above faults by themselves prevented us from being able to try any of the other features (WAP/internet access, camera), let alone considering this product a mobile phone by any standards, current or past.
In addition, Sony-Ericsson’s quality control and support practices were even further soiled by our discovery that at least one major GSM provider (Sonera) became aware of the need for a software update after the product was introduced to market and just about the time we purchased ours! Finally, the settings for connecting to the WAP/internet were not available from Sony-Ericsson’s internet support site as stated (and linked) in the manual, and this was acknowledged by the Sony-Ericsson representative in Finland (of all places), offering just the excuse that “the automatic settings service is out of order due to updates on the web-site”!! Unless you are willing to struggle with getting such faults sorted, much less a refund, prospective buyers are strongly urged to look at highly competitive Nokia or Samsung offerings!
It saddens us to realize that, despite this being our third purchase from Sony-Ericsson, they have chosen to betray the trust of loyal customers for the sake of rushing products to market and even using such loyal customers as beta-testers without their knowledge or consent!

Ok Maxter is getting excited on this phone's feature! I'm not excited to buy this, but i'm curious why 1.3MP camera is featured on this phone =) 1.3MP camera on a 65k color screen. For me it's quite weird. Another phone which have no bluetooth. It's a minimum requirement for phones and this does not feature that! =( Design is acceptable. As it's a cute design (I think Z250's design is nicer). Performance is not bad. No major problems. Overall, still worth for the price. =]

The Z320i we purchased on 21.11.2007 displayed failings as soon as it was out of the box:
1. Extremely slow activation to PIN code entry point, and
2. "Frozen"/crashed start up!!
3. Repeat of 1.-2. above despite trying different SIM cards provided by two other mobile phone users.
4. Fails to connect to WAP/internet, despite numerous attempts at complicated and user intensive manual entry of settings provided by GSM network provider.
5. Unbelievably fast drain of fully charged battery!!
6. Repeated "Frozen"/crashed start up after recharging battery.
When we took the first unit of SE Z320i back they replaced it with another unit that displays very similar failings as the first. So, it was hardly surprising to us that, when we asked a Sonera representative for help with obtaining the settings for connecting to the WAP/internet, we were informed that a recall for service to address at least a software problem was issued very nearly the same day we purchased the first unit!! Shocking considering the generally accepted principle that the end users (customers) of products for such a globally competitive market are not supposed to be used as beta testers without their express knowledge and permission!!
