This phone isnt that bad. Maybe I'm just lucky but i dont seem to be having the problems that everyone else has. The features and quality of the phone are great for the price and it's quite reliable. My only issue is it's a little chunky; you can tell when its in your pocket. On the plus side, youll always knew if you forgot your phone somewhere because you wont have a giant brick hitting your thigh everytime you take a step. Also, camera quality is a little grainy. Other than that, this is a good, dependable phone for the money.

this is a nice phone.i've using 6months. have gr8 fetures and ROCK HARD. i droped so many times on the roads, cements, tile floors. but still works perfetly.anyways, when i first bought this, i had some troubles with the camera. some green lines went through the screen. now its ok. also the phone got frozen few times. i removed the battery and re installed it.
This is a GR8 PHONE. eacy to use.
oh.. but it SUCKED when i tried to conect to the PC. how ever i did that.

This is the best phone I nave ever had. The only problem I have ever had is getting to the camera mode sometimes it will freeze up if I click to fast. It has never once dropped a call and It always has better reception then everyone else's. When theirs goes dead they borrow mine.

worst phone i have ever had. not trying to sound like everybody else but really. Had two phones, one was the girlfriends. both hd problems from the start. every problem listed and more. no picture id, no text, drop calls. went through 4 warranty exchanges and got a new phone. went through 3 motorola V551 they were also bad so i left cingular all together. well anyways dont get the phone!!

My wife and I each have one of these phone. We use them ALL the time. Overall they are great phones. Hardly ever drop calls, gets great reception nearly everywhere. Lots of features for the price ( camera and external color screen). Easy to upload and download pics to your computer with usb cable. I would recommend this phone for the price point for sure.

This is hands down the worst phone I have ever owned. And when I say ever owned I mean every phone including land lines. I dont even know where to begin with the problems I had with this phone. My biggest problem was that the phone drops calls almost daily, turns its self off for no apparent reason, the operating software is the slowest I have ever seen, the phone would freeze and I would have to take the battery and put it back in to get it working again, the paint started to peel off after less then 2 months of use, the screen size and quality is horrible and the camera is total crap and the video is a joke. The one and I mean one good thing about this phone is its resilience, I dropped this phone off the roof of a 3 story building and off the roof of a 2 story building and both times it survived. I truly feel sorry for people who paid the full price for this disaster Sony Erickson calls a phone. Sony has just lost a customer, at least until Playstation 3 comes out.

This is really the worst phone imaginable. Right now i'm stranded on a Saturday night because my phone won't turn on. I'm frantically re-inserting the battery over and over but having no luck. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK

this phone sucks. I dont use it that much and i have to charge it each day. the camera is terrible and i have had 3 SIM cards in this phone.

I hve the A version. It is really a horrible phone. It worked well starting out but later on it just has problems. Within six months to a year of owning the phone you will be kicking yourself. It looks cool at the beginning and it may work for a few weeks but later on it is really not that good. Paint chips, stops working for no apparent reason. Have to take battery and GSM card out for ten minutes then put back in to get phone to turn on often. Will often stop working for no reason. Some features are usable but the phone is grossly unreliable and can cause you problems. It isn't something you would want to depend on in an emergency. Overall this phone is a dud. A new phone for a week or two might be OK but longer than that the phone stops working. The 2 phones we had / have were always treated well.

This phone sucks. it would always freeze on me and both screens would turn blue then i would have to take the battery out and power the phone back on. I gave the phone back to sony to fix cuz i had warrenty and now my camera doesn't have 4x zoom. Almost everyone i know who has this phone their 4x zoom doesn't work too. sony basically screwed me by replacing my phone with another messed up one. f*ck u sony

We purchased two of these phones and both of them are junk. My screen cracked and Sony was going to charge me $120USD to fix it, thats more than the phone cost new. I bought a new screen and fixed it myself, but thats only the beginning. The phone freezes in the middle of calls, freezes in the middle of games, freezes in the middle of everything. When you go to text somebody, GOOD LUCK! On a rare occasion you will get a text through, but those times are few and far between. t doesn't even take good pictures, and the battery lasts for no longer than a day, not even using it. Throwing this piece of junk away, and buying the new Sony Ericsson W810i, make sure you guys check it out...BETTER THAN THE ROKR!!!! Thanks

I had this phone for 5 months. It's a terrible phone. It's poorly made, its poor quality. It freezes, it shuts off in the middle of a cell phone conversation, the entire phone shuts off out of no where, it breaks in half when you drop it .

The screen freezes up and you can't hear people when they call sometimes and they have to call back. I think it's to bulky as well.

This is an awesome phone! I just got it today for Christmas. My friend has this same phone and loves it. It's got a lot of features and it it isn't very expensive. I've noticed a lot of people think it's too big but it really isn't. Thi is just my opinion but I think it's easier to hold on to and not as easy to break. The camera rocks,no freezing, great video, all of the features you could want in a phone. Yes, it lacks bluetooth but it still has great service. All in all, it is a great phone and a great buy for the money! Buy this phone! It is AMAZING!

I love it!!!! Great phone!!!
I have had it for 3 weeks and no problems yet. no dropped calls, no lost messages, no freezing, games run amazing and the reception is very clear. The Only issue is no blutooth and infrared but i have no need for those since i prefer usb. the camera is a bit blurry too, but i guess one cant expect perfection from a camera built into a cell phone. Overall, great choice for those who want a very feature rich phone without spending all the big bucks.

This phone stinks, probably in every way imaginable. 1. The outside of the phone is pealing apart, the paint is chiping off everywhere and I haven't ever dropped it or misused it in anyway. 2. The text messaging function doesn't always work, especially when your text is longer than one text and it trys to make it into two messages. The test messages turn out blank on the receiver end. 3. The camera! Almost enough said but, it must be the worst camera in flip phone history! Pictures look horrible and the zoom function picture quality is even worse. The pictures look "blocky" no smoothness to the picture. I understand that this is Sony Ericsson's first camera flip phone, but if your going to put something out into the market, well then put out something good out there, especially your frist one. 4. The internet function doesn't always connect, doesn't matter if you have full "frequency" bars or not. 5. It's a good thing I only took the one year agreement with this phone otherwise I would be really upset!

Itīs a good phone, It accepts all incoming calls (donīt believe all opinions) good aspect, good sound level.
Cons: bad picture quality on dark places, not let you choose custom ring for sms and msm, donīt have a warning when you have lost calls or sms unreads.
