I got two of these phones on a share plan and they have both been trouble, 1 drops calls, and the other one has zoom issues it wont zoom and has a mystery shut off feature when you least accpect it it just shuts completly off during calls.

This isn't a very good phone. I bought two of them about a year ago for a shared plan with my daughter. Her phone is worse than mine for dropping calls, but they are both pretty bad. Also, there's a big delay when you answer the phone. All in all, it's not a "terrible" phone because it gets good reception when it actually GETS it - but then it drops calls way too much. It is one of the poorer phones I have had. Not the worst, but definitely not the best.

I hate this phone. It drops calls for random reasons, even if the signal is perfect. The battery life is horrible. I've tried resetting the battery numerous times, and it just doesn't get any better. I end up having to charge it every day.

well one time i don't know what i pressed but it showed my how mandy messages i've sent and how many i've recieved so if some one knows how i could do that please let me know.

This phone sucks, I hate it. It always shuts is self off, takes forever to hear other people when when making calls. My Wife, our friends and I all have the same phone got the around the same time have the same problems and same opinion of it, so do random people I stop and talk to about it.

ive had this phone for about 5 months and i ahve a question, can you put mp3's on your phone so u can liten to them like on a mp3 player, if so how?

its a really good phone other than the size of it, it is pretty large but if you want unlimited video and be able to take pictures than this is a good phone for the money.

Great phone actually believe this is one of the best phones in the market great camera really loud sounds and signal everywhere no complains so far salu2

i hade the phone for about 5 mounths in this is a very good phone to me good video that last more than all the other phones its unlimeted video 10-10

I think the phone is just OK. I just wish I was able to fix the contrast on the screen because the black isnt really black. I guess i wish the colors were more vibrant like the motorola phones. The battery life is very good. OH! The camera SUCKS when you are trying to take pictures in a not so bright room but i guess its a DECENT phone.

Love this phone. Love most SonyEricsson phones, good quality camera - I use www.tonethis.com to send MP3s and wallpapers. Good battery life - highly reccomend this phone.

I have this phone on trial for 30 days... reading all prior comments... I'm concerned about the battery life. This may be the one thing that makes me opt out.

Any up-to-date comments on battery?

i had this phone for about 4 months now and its been great but i dont like how big it is. also im not sure if u can set a pic as ur background on the outside screen or not... can someone please tell me is i can or cant set a pic as my background on the outside of the phone. also i dont realy like the camera.. but otha than those things its a good phone.

Play your ringtone in the media player, and then close the phone. It should continue to play MUCH louder.

Ive had the phone for almost a month now and its great.. I like that I can record ringtones so i dont have to spend money on them. Its a great phone..not the best..but its good enuff to pass by as pretty great

Its not that bad. I thought it would be a tad bit smaller. I've hadn't had a problem with the keys sticking or whatever. The volume of the speaker is wack. When you try to play ringtones on your phone - it doens't play loud; however, when someone calls you, its VREY VERY loud. I don't like the orange buttons - but the phone on the outside looks sexy. There are millions of options....i love it for the price. Paid 112 for it. I haven't seen anyone with it yet.....I say 8 out of 10

I've had this phone for about a year. I like al the wallpapers. I think that there should've been more ringtones though

I'v been with a phone for 10yrs,'nd I recently bought the z500 for my wife,------nice phone,0-10-----a big 8-------better than the RazorV3 which I have.......

hey iam 16 todayi got my sony z500 today for my b-day and sooo far soo good but ireally like this phone for the styles but after reading some of the other comments i realize thatit really doesnt matter about the looks but personal the screen is a little small but if my mom knew the phone would give me problems she wouldnt have brought it i recently was with nextel and the service sucked but now iam with cingular AND THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST LOOKING AND BEST FUNCTIONING PHONE I HAVE EVERY HAD but if it does give me problems hey i could always trade it for another lol
