I have the same issue of a blank screen on my Sony 525a. I too need to get the numbers. However, without knowing every keystroke to Copy Phone Address Book to SIM, it is not likely. I don't even recall where the cursor goes in the menu to get to the right option. Can anyone provide these step-by-step keystrokes?

does anyone know the keystrokes to send pictures from your phone to another phone or computer? i got the WSOD a few days ago and i'm upset about losing my pictures can anyone help me? please!

Can anyone help me??? I guess I was lucky. I got this phone in March 2006 and had absolutely no problems with it. I finally decided to get a new phone just because my phone was getting old and I didn't want to take a chance on it dying on me and leaving me without a phone (mind you there was nothing wrong with it at the time). Anyway, the very next day the screen went blank. Now I have my new phone, but I did not get a chance to save my info. from the old phone onto my SIM card. I tried the directions that were posted here, twice. It didn't work. I really need to get my information off of my old phone. HELP!!!!!

i have that phone when it first come out here in the phil ,in a span of a year i have replace the filp switch 4 time ,evertime when broke down the display when black.

I'm facing the same problem as well. It's my second time actually. The first time I sent it for repair, the service agent told me it's because of a screen problem and she told me it'd maybe due to a shock / drop on the floor . So I wonder if you did drop it on the floor accidentally. For the second time, it's my mistake as I did drop it and the next day, I couldn't see anything and the screen flickered like an old tv :(

I have this phone for almost 3 years and it`s awesome.But the only problem is that has only 16mb memory and VGA CAMERA.
But I loveeeeeeeeeee this phone!!!!!!!!

you can also send the pictures to your pc through bluetooth, it more or less like my w810i, removing the walkman functions.and the picture quality too. i got mine for about $60.00. you can't complain with that. IT'S REALLY NICE FOR THE PRICE.

hi
i have this fone since may 29, 2007.it is a very nice and stylish set.but its memory is not enough, plus da camera quality is also not good.but this is good n im completely satisfied to hav dis.

About the WSOD: My Z520 just failed recently, so I looked around and found that there is an e-bay store that sells the replacement flex cable. I purchased it ($5), and using a Torx T6 screw driver, I removed 4 screws from under the battery, 2 from under the front cover (what you see when you close the phone), and 2 more under the main display (under those two gray rubber nipples). Then I removed the old flex cable and put in the new one, being very careful to fold it exactly the way the old one was. Finally I put it back together, and it works like new. I recommend this for anyone who has even the slightest electronics experience. The cable just snaps in, the connectors are very easy to work with.

i hav been using this phone for a year now witout any fault just the battery since i bought a battery it has been working very fine n the best of it has both bluetooth n infrared is very rare 2 get a phone with al this. the phone is great

im using this phone since may 07.this phone is too good.i hav this in pink colour. its a very nice phone.it sounds very nice but the camera is not so good,and the memory is just 15 mb which is not enough.
But im 100% satisfied with this and i am too happy to hav this.

I've had this phone for 1.5 yrs. I like the phone other than the camera. 1) Pic quality is horrible and 2) I constantly have to delete pictures taken from the inside of my pocket. The pic buttons are on the side and you can't turn them off. Due to the camera I am going to upgrade soon.
