This phone I got about four years ago I had to send it back once due to the screen part of the phone being loose and now it turns itself off. It doesn't matter what I am doing with it. I don't like this phone! I would not recommend it to anyone!

There are no words to describe how much I adore this phone. One of the best items I've ever purchased. It's still great after over 3 years of use.

I got this phone 3 years ago and loved it till the screen went white. The screen would flip nonstop and then it just went black and wouldnt work. So i sent it back and they sent me another one. Within 3 months it did the exact same thing. I got a new phone which I liked but i lost the battery, so my friend gave me his spare phone which happened to be the same Z525 model. I am now dealing with a white/flipping screen once again. I hate this phone with a burning passion and would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

good: its soo simple, easy, cheap and has all the things you need (blue tooth, camera, video etc)

bad: it turns of randomly even when fully charged

hi, i bought this phone and it did not work. unfortunately i got the "White Screen of Death" i hate this phone and would not reccommend it for anyone

i tried to copy my phone book to my sim (i also have the WSOD ) but i may have locked my phone. everytime i push the 'enter' button, it gives out a 'do-do, dit-do' tone. help!

I loved this phone. It was easy to navigate and soft on the hands. My family got 4 because they were all free with our plan. An all 4 phones, the flip function was faulty as they all went blank! They all just got white eventually and we had to navigate with our memory until we got a new one! Overall we had it for about 2yrs until they gradually started dying one by one. It's not good for texting.

i had this phone absolutly loved it 2 bits cldnt have been better then i got wasted an dropped it in a pint just another thing alcohol has taken from me

i had this phone.. its great .. one of the best .. BUT

* it don't support memory cards and its memory only 16 MB!
* the screen went white 3 times in 4 years of usage.. and the last time the agency didn't have spare parts for it.. and still don't.....

I've had my phone* for a little over 2 years and it worked just fine but just the other day I got a white screen and now I can't see what numbers I'm dialing, any missed calls or text messages. This really limits my use of the phone and forces me to look into getting a new phone.

My screen on this phone went out.
It went out slowly, though.
As if in sessions.
It began with a delay, then it blinked at times,
then I had to close & reopen it, then I had to
turn it off, then I had to remove the battery,
THEN it finally just went blank completely.
I could still recieve calls and texts and call
people, but the screen was just white so I couldnt
SEE the numbers I typed, see whose call I missed,
or see the messages I recieved.
I gave up on it and replaced it with a Rokr.

I HATE this phone. My Sony is 2 years old and from day one I have had nothing but problems. This phone shuts itself off even when it has a full charge randomly. Speaking of the charge. Sometimes a full charge will last several day and sometimes it last only a few hours. One day I had a full charge when I left home a few hours later I wanted to get a number off of it. Once I accessed my address book my phone when dead from lack of charge. I am finally getting new phones for my husband and myself and getting rid of this piece of s--t.

Do you know of any websites where you can see how to replace the flex cable. I found one at http://www.2valor.com/Service/.../ERIZ520.asp but this page is all just picutres (which is great) but when I look up the flex cables on ebay, it looks way different... or maybe I just don't get it cause I havne't taken my phone apart yet... ?

If you scroll down it's there. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to soon. I figured I'll load all my contacts on Sim before I try to open my phone and replace the cable.

it's a gift to my ex, before i gave it to her i used it for a week. works great, bit slow though...

i'm wondering if my ex still use it hehe.. :P

my phone is white screen and i called ericsson they gave me a usb cable to get the numbers and pictures ,I tried to fix ,now the screen is black. I went out to get a "to go" phone. it works great ,but i'm not able to transfer my info to the new sim.
help!!!
