the funtionality of this phone is really good .... too bad if it has a bigger screen and better camera , it would be great !
anyway i dun like the small screen and the small size of the handphone ... prefer those japanese style phone where they are bigger and look cooler ..
will settle for SE Z800i ...
bt i still recommend this phone (Z530i) to everyone

Hope someone can help me out here. Everytime I plug in the phone using the USB cable, the phone starts charging while I'm transfering files. How do I stop this USB charging function?

Quick overveiw of this phone.
I have been able to sit and play with one of these for a little while and from what i observed, in general, the phone is pretty damn god value for money, it has the same layout as the w550i and even the media play is practically identical, plus with expandable memory you cant go far wrong, the worst thing about this phone though has to be the camera, it is terrible, but for 90 pounds what more could you want. MP3 player, camera, bluetooth, infra red, dual screen flip, expandable memory!
this phone is a sure fire bet, and will be a great companion as with all sony ericssons they offer brilliant battery life and a on the whole one of the most reliable brands i have ever come by.
BUY THIS PHONE, - because you're worth it ;-)

yesterday i bought this phone for rs7500 wich is very gud.
thhis phone provide me all the features
as written in the review that the camewra is not good i dont think why, bcoz cmaera is much better than the L6,e398,6600etcc and many more
the thing i dont like was that it doesnt come with any accessories.so against all a very gud and stylish mobile for teenengers........

I am getting this phone, it has all the required features in a good price range. Just one query for those who already have it. On the site it is mentioned it doesn't have headphone jack, so when you talk about Sound Quality are you using bluetooth headset or can a headset be connected by USB cable port?

i bought this phone a week ago for my wife, she like it very much couse the design really beautifull. for me it's a nice hp. but the display not very good as k700i and missing FM RADIO, why se? price RM989 c/w 256 memory stick micro.

Hey! lets keep the complain within ourselves, this phone is a bomb. I think I like its design, colour, entire make up. hope to grab one myself soon, thats if the company decides to make it available in Nigeria soon before I jump for Nokia N92 when it comes to amrket.

In malaysia the Memory stick 2 cost at RM149 for the 256mb...
It is same price with the MSPD... good news for all..
Ya, it only cost RM800... so about RM950 with Memory stick...
Good phone within the economy class...

i know! just cause this handy is small doesn't mean it is not sturdy! LOL thats the dumest thing i heard... prolly they're 8 year old kids who think real men need biggg ones LOL..... to me this one llooks more boyish!

mp3 quality is the best in this class of phones, why? because it is Sony Ericsson so it benefits directly from Sony's Walkman experience,
to those asking for price, memory sticks (not included) etc again and again, can't you see anything besides the picture here?? there are links to prices, specifications and TONS of info left and right on this page!! open ur eyes! :-D
