Cool......phone..thanx...i was very good experince of 3 years with this phone....camera is beating all other phones.....look to good...no prob with flap design.....very comfortable key pad...dam goood sound..with speaker also...congrts to those who had this phone.....!!!

iam using Z550i from 2years. Recently facing problem of frequent disconnect from network (using BSNL).I tried with new update, but same problem. Stand by battery backup is low, gives about 10hrs. Can any body gives solution?. Thanks in advance

I hope they could make a cover for this phone z550 so that I can buy a new cover for my phone z550 bec. the cover of my phone has lots of scratches already and I need to buy a new cover for my phone z500...

well demikid8 remember the passcode you have put in this phone z550 bec. if you don't remember it even you put many sim card or your sim card taht you have used in this phone z550 that will not open, bec. my phone too has passcode but my passcode is 0000 so its easy to remember, so i suggest remember the passcode you have put in this phone z550 bec. that's impossible that you have tried 0000 and 1234 but its not working ok and if it does not work again have it fixed in a shop and they know what to do...

I had this phone for over a year and just recently I gave it away to my friend. However when he got the phone and inserted the SIM in the phone stated: phone locked or something similar to that. I have not setup any passwords or whatsoever. My friend tried 0000, 1234 and other default codes but they all proven ineffective. I gave my friend my old SIM and surprisingly the same message was shown. The number of digits that I can enter as the 'phone code' ranges from 4 to 6 digits. Thanks!! Urgent!

I own this phone for 2 and half years.. very nice phone. GPRS is fast and nice . I almost used 900 hours data time. now I had a problem. when I try to connect GPRS it hangs and restars automatically. same happens when using inbuilt browser or java application. I have not updated firmware till now. will it be ok if I update my firmware? Thanks for any sort of help.. Nidhin

Battery is a great problem...I used it 2 years...at that time its talktime was 5 hours and now its stand-by is 5 hours...it has no other problems except battery..
