Can one get new batteries. I have always founf this phone excellent but just recently I have had trouble recharging if battery hasrun out completely. Now I cannot get it to charge at all. Hazel Spear.

Does it display the caller's ID on the second external display when somebody calls, or you should open the phone to see the number? Please, respond!
