Ive had this phone for about 1 year and a half. Its a reliable phone that you can drop from really high, but I wouldn't pay for what it cost.I was given the phone for free.

i was just wondering if the touch screen can only be used to type or can it be used to select items aswell such as on th main menu

this fone i nothing.. y would u even think about buyin this phone =.=" i have a W900 and a P1i.. thats more worth it.. y would u even write on ur flip phone.. next thing u noe.. u break the hindge of ur phone =.=" i just dont see whats the use of this fone being touch screen >.> no offence... all my phones are SE.. but this 1 is just dumb..

this phone is "Not waste" of money this phone and this phone is very competetive and is cool and has all the feature of a phone! before you say anything not good against this phone make sure that you have this phone and you have the knowledge of this phone bec. I had this phone and this phone is good! "Dont ruin the image of Sony Ericsson!"

this phone is a waste of money. Firstly, looking at the previous post, i have tried goole.com and it has nothing to do whatsoever with phones. Amyways, where i live, this phone costs almost the same as the z610, k530, and k550. Honestly, youd have to be daft to choose this over those cybershot/3G phones. There is no point on having a touch screen on a non-pda phone

1.) First go to Goole.com
2.) then type Sony Ericsson Z558 games there you can download 3d games.

almost the same as Z550 but (Z550 is much better than z558 bec. the cover of z550 is made up of metal which protects your phone and has a reflective surface which z558 hasn't) and z550 has a 20mb internal memory with 2GB memorystick while z558 has 18mb internal memory only with 1Gb memorystick only!
