By ignorance my child threw it in a tub of water, I removed it drenched in water. It is not working. Can anybody suggest the remedy to repair it. I love this phone very much.

i have had this phone for a year now. i am getting a new phone soon but heres some advice, this phone is pretty good but the thing is that it freezes up and shuts off randomly. truth be told,this is good for your first or second phone. you dont need much. also, dont drop ur phone in the toilet. lol. o and when the green part on the battery turns red that means that ur sercuts are messed up. thats y im getting a new phone.lol

I have had this phone for 6 months and I must say its the best phone I have ever had,big display and nice mp3 player,very good sound quality,cute look,i havent noticed any problems,I love this phone,its cute,its quite thin so its great for pocket,so for all people who have doubts about buying this phone-yes its worth buying

I have had this phone for @8 months and just recently started haveing the problem of the phone randomly shutting itself off for no reason. So i need to take the battery in and out and turn it back on.

love love love this phone. it's cute and works pretty well, only problem is it turning off and then you have to take the battery out. but it's a perfect first phone. :)

i also have this set . it working very fine if you remove the memory card. or use original memory card. if your memory card is not original then it will course to helt or freez.

I have had this phone for a little over a year. The phone is attractive and works fairly well. The only problem I have experienced is within the past 2-3 months, it will freeze up and/or shut itslef off randomly. The only way to get it to turn back on is to remove the battery. If you don;t mind that inconvenience, its not a bad phone. For me, ready to get a new phone!

I agree with anonymous - I got the phone over a year ago, almost immediately had problems with it shutting off and not turning on till I took the battery out, so I replaced the battery, then dropped it in my drink and had to get a new phone - and am having the same exact problem! I think they pack the poorest oldest battery in the ones they sell so that you have to buy a new battery!

this phone worked very good for the first 2 months but then shit it self and only works when it wants to, it frezzez and turns off all the time! and is a piece of shit. just my honest opinion. i have had ot for about 5 months and just am fed up with it i should sue sony ericcson because they always have really reliable phones hense why i baught the thing and now im never going back now im on the E75 best thing in the phone universe!

I had this phone for almost a year and I had to exchange it twice since I have a year warrently on this phone. The first time, the speaker stop working after 3 months. The second time,da phone froze and everything stop working, I had to take the battery out and turn it on again. It happens almost every week. I don't know what to do after my warrently expires.. don't want to buy a new phone. cost $$$

Hi. Im from Chile, south america. I'ue having this cel from a year now, and i must say, I'ts has becommed my great partner. It's also true that has very serius software issues, but in time, u get to know why, and you just avoid it. Mostly is because of RAM, so don't open too many things at the same time. Also, is not very fast prosessor, but it does the job. In fact, i'm posting from it right now.
A little more specify: (max 10)
Signal-sound: 8
Battery (no www): 9
Battery www: 4
Gps and g.maps: 8. Slow to find you, but once it does, great service!
Media: 7. Gets slow at media navigation with 2gb card and bluetooth hearphones at the same time.
Specs: 9. For a 2k7 cel, it makes a lot of things.
Camera n video rec: 6. Remenber 2 year old model, but still, poor in color and lens (wide lens)
Overall: 7
The best: specs and desing.
The worst: software bugs and slow prosessor.
Would i buy it again if i could go back a year ago when i picked it?: YES
Would i buy it now?: NO. why? There are better options at nokia for the same price.
Ok, sorry to take so much space, but i hope this could help any one to make a fair opinion after a year or use.
Last tip. Combine it with bluetooth hearphones, e-buddy and mini opera, u'll have a little pc xD

this phone is a piece of junk my mom has one and it does not work good the battery dies very fast the only thing that catch peoples eyes is the shiny look.

My brother has this phone. Before I updated the firmware, it was very buggy - slow response times, sound cutting out, etc. I would recommend updating the phone software if you are having problems. It has more software features than my Nokia 6288, but I don't like the interface.
