it's a good phone, it used to restart frequently but after buying a memory card and emptying the phone memory it worked very well...in this price range it's worth buying

Good phone but battery timing not good, camera so so but features are good, overall in this price range sonyericsson provided fine phone.

i think it's a very bad mobile & the service in egypt for just a little problem in it is too expensive....they ask me for 400 l.e ...it's nearer to buying a new one....!!!!!!!!
it always restarts by its own.....& its buttons doesn't work properly....really it's too bad...
it spent with me just one month and i'm fed up with it ,,,oh my god

I have had this phone for almost a year and it was alright to begin with but the backcover is very poor thin plastic and breaks very easily mine is broken and the phone is always restarting itself. i sometimes get an error message showing inactive simcard, then it restarts maybe few times in a row. total crap!

I have had this phone since spring 2009. I wanted to have a clamshell phone (I realized it was hard to find nice one as companies seem to make less and less clam-shell models) and I was not interested in music-walkman-type phone. I even bought w760 at first but then realized - it was not for me, and I gave it to my nephew.
I am glad that I found this model - I am very happy with design. And at least so far - everything works. Exactly what I need - calling, SMS, internet if necessary, taking pictures, if necessary.

Crap phone, mine is around 1 year old and I have a broken LED. Better off buying a new phone than to replace it.

I think mine has a virus =S Hangs every time I connect it to the computer. Had to delete everything in it, and even after that, it still hangs. Any suggestions?

this phone is good but it's vibrate very softly, loudspeaker and the speaker is very very weak. I cant hear any thing in crowded places

Just got the phone, so far everything seems to be working perfectly fine, the sleek design vs the smart outlook of the phone is amazing... The specs are not that much but then again it met my expectations. The bad thing about the phone is that it doesn't come with a CD for the suite neither is it accessible on the sony ericsson website, I had to mail them to get the drivers but there response was promt. Also, the headphones that come with the phone are quite big and to plug them in your ear is a huge hassle... Other than that I LOVE phone!

Highly dissatisfied.. The plastic cracks easily, speaker's too soft, can't feel the phone vibrate whenever I get a call or text, starting to shut off on it's own, error every time I try to sync it with my computer. The good? Nothing much. My W850 was way better..

I have had this phone for about 6 months. I had high expectation, so I am quite dissatisfied. The sound is weak, the phone sometimes stop operating and restart-usually after a call or when sending a sms. I don´t like the buttons (right word?)because I need to push quite hard to so the phone react = no "flow" (but the positive; they make no sound). The batterytime is good, i load it only twice a week. I would not recommenend this phone, not worth the price. It´s a weak phone (i dont think it will survice the whole year). Design; 7, Features; 5, Performance; 4.
