I purchased Xperia tipo about 3 months ago.
It's simply nice so far.
touch is very responsive.
display clarity is also good.
drawback is sometimes call drops and echo to the callers.
Totally it's a nice phone from Sony compared to Samsung y series and Htc Explorer.

Touch screen sucks...After visiting Service center within 1 week of purchase, same problem occured next day...Dont buy My advice

How do you delete the contacts on this phone? The friend of an uncle of mine borrowed his Xperia Tipo and all of his friend's contacts got transferred into his phone and we can't do anything do delete them. Thanks! ^^

I got it for free for corporate use , Exchange emails. Touchscreen is great for this price , better than i was expected. Good responsiveness. The cellular signal is above average. The Wifi sensitivity not so good. It includes stereo hands free. I haven't tried yet GPS functions. The battery holds for 2 days on daily average use or 4 days receiving only emails over 3G. Angry Birds plays great but the screen is small for gaming.

Stupid phone !
Even a live wallpapers eats it all RAM. when u use Live Wallpaper RAM goes below 90 MB, waht else u would expect with this phone. Sony is thug company
