I have problem on charging when I plug in on charging indicator is response rapid on after 1 min it off. And it have AC charging or DC ?

I have problem on charging when I plug in on charging indicator is response rapid on after 1 min it off. And it have AC charging or DC ?

Any chance to have GSM call on Sony tablet P 3G even by software upgrade or developer patch? Or there's hardware lag causing this issue?
