Turn off all the data (WiFi, 3G, EDGE, BT) and NFC when not using it.

Activate Stamina mode in Power settings.

Disable all location services (in Settings -> Google).

Install Better Battery Stats from xda-developers forum and check if you have some program or setting that cause Kernel Wakeloks.
