Only way to fix it is to do Repair through PC Companion (you can install it from your phone) or Sony Update Service (better option) which you can download from Sony official pages.
You need to go to System update option in either of these programs, and after you get message that your system is already updated, you will get option to Repair.
Your pictures and documents (and everything in \sdcard folder will not be deleted but you will have to setup your phone again (synchronize your contacts with Google if you didn't do it before).

taoako09, 09 Jan 2014I see, thanks for the advice. Btw, what is rooting? What does it to to ur phone? I'm kinda hes... moreIf your warranty on phone is already expired, then rooting doesn't change anything.
You already got explanation about rooting, just to explain a little more: By default, regular user of Android phone doesn't have maximum privileges. This is done in order to prevent viruses and malvares to eventually change important system data.
Equivalent in PC world would be Administrator rights for 'root', and User rights for regular user. Usually you access your PC with User rights, and if some of your programs need to access system data you have start it with 'Run as Administrator' option, otherwise it wouldn't work.
There are some useful programs on PlayStore that wouldn't work (or at least not up to full potential) without 'root' access, like firewalls (regulating what program have permission to access GSM data or WiFi connection, system backup programs, CPU speed control programs, browsing system folder, etc. And most importantly, without root you cannot flash custom ROMs.

I't looks like your phone is network locked to some other operator, but if that was true, it wouldn't register in first place.
My Network came but when i call someone the network goes off and i have selected GSM mode then only my phone comes.

I'm quite disappointed about the xperia p. I bought this kind of phone last Year 27th of May 2013 and after 3 months my problem started. I'm having problem with answering calls because it will stop working for a minute and then you can't hear the caller for 9seconds. I already tried to reformat my phone but after a week it goes back ti its original problem.

If your battery last shorter you might try calibrate your battery (Battery Calibration in Play Store) but your phone need to be rooted (easy to do).
There is no considerably larger battery (in terms of mAh) for Xperia P. Don't believe what you read in commercials, battery capacity is related to physical size within same technology, therefore, larger capacity battery is physically larger and couldn't be fitted inside Xperia P case.
Of course, if your battery is faulty, or lost capacity due to number of charging cycles, it can be user replaced (if you know what you doing and have proper tool) there is a video on YouTube how it is done.
