I also went for the looks, but due to the freezing problems with my mobile, i am a very disappointed costumer. :-(

You have your right to complain about service centers in south but please do not abuse the build quality of this cute handset. If in your opinion this is poor build quality then samsung s3 would be like a toy to you i bet. Compare this to other smart phones n u'll see why im sayin this.

After sale services in the UK is outstanding....
I don't think this is the right place to complain, why Sony u make a complain to Sony?

Guys There is no proper After Sales support by SONY for 2012 SONY phones the NXT series and later in INDIA. Even if there is a small problem with the phone, you need to send the fone to the Service Centre in Chennai for all south INDIA. Please Think of it before you buy a sony fone.
One more thing The build Quality of the XPERIA NXT series is bad. as a XPERIA NXT series phone owner I posted this.

The Service centres through out the cities what we are having is only for SONY ERICSSON fones, and If we contact them they will send your fone to the head service office even for the smallest repair. It will take atleast 7 working days to resolve or repair a tiny issue. Even Though SONY and SONY ERICSSON is same now, they Local Authorised Service centres are eligilble to repair only the sony ericsson phones released untill 2011 but not the SONY NXT series from 2012 as of now. I donno through out the world but in INDIA The support is VERY VERY BAD for SONY NXT series fones.

Its OK if you are buying the SONY ERICSSON released untill 2011. They are having local Authorised service centres were the mobiles can get repaired.
I am Happy untill XPERIA ARC S, but not from XPERIA NXT SERIES - XPERIA S.

As sony ericsson, The mobiles are very gud. but coming to SONY they are very very bad at build quality, service, most important thing is AFTER SALES SUPPORT. SONY LACKS IN AFTER SALES SUPPORT.

Pls Think 100 times before you buy a SONY phone.

I usede to have samsung galaxy s2 and the screen sucks, and i didnt like the ui. This phone is much better exept the battery but i dont mind that.

61Ao452 this update is released in india or in my mobile as it showing no furthur update to 61Ao453. I'm also facing radio problem I guess its due to software . 453 update shd fix it then.

My radio was not working properly after upgrading to ICS. Now it is perferct after 6.1.A.0.453 firmware upgrade.

Great phone. Using nearly for 3 months now, no issue yet with any of the features. Upgraded to ICS and battery life is unbelievable.

I connect my WiMax modem to my XPERIA S thruogh OTG cable and it's show message that say ' device connected :echolife bm325 WiMax modem '
How can i use that to connect to internet via wimax modem through OTG cable ? THANKS.
