We are all getting confused weather or not it really sites have a slot for micro SD. Can you help us out? "Yea"?

sony staff, 25 Jan 2012yea, i am sony staff my ID NUMBER J6952487S. and u r rellay good joke babby. sony taken two aw... moreFor somebody representing a big corporation like Sony, you should be tact and courteous enough. I don't think you are the right person to be speaking this way even if you're a legit employee. I've been a consumer of Sony since the 80s and have owned 5 different models of Sonyericsson/Ericsson mobile phones. if you are in the executive level, then let me suggest some positive directions for some improvements:
1. Please do increase the battery stamina. We, avid users of your current and upcoming models have half the longevity of usage per charge.
2. Please do stop trying to emulate Apple's direction of fixed battery. We like to sometimes just change to fresh ones instead of plugging and waiting for hours in one place.
3. We would not appreciate much if you don't provide expandable memory slots. We were happy you have finally eliminated your original exclusive memory cards and embraced the micro SD, but please give us the slots to put in affordable micro SDs for large files.
Anyone else have suggestions? Let's hear them and post it on to "Sony Staff". He/she sounds like he/she can do something in Sony, "Babby". He/she did give us a Sony "employee" number, after all.

The Sony Xperia S has nice features. It should have better battery stamina. Have a look at the usage and standby times. It's half of what is normally for a smart phone.
sony staff, 24 Jan 2012hello mr, you have xperia s.? then how do you know told gs2 is best.? gs2 was low price and e... moreDo you work for Sony? It's Super AMOLED Plus - it's not a brand; it's a technology and feature among mobile gadgets. It's different from a backlit LCD where ambient light is always on which is needed to see the display. Super AMOLED screens work with self-illuminating pixels, and no ambient lighting needed. Super AMOLED screens are therefore more efficient in power consumption where pixels are needed only. Super AMOLEDs have true black rendering, where the backlit LCD has dark gray. The biggest HD Super AMOLED screen is with the Samsung Galaxy Note at 5.3" with a resolution of 800 by 1280 pixels. This is just to set things straight.
if you need more memory, why not go for a notebook or an Ipad maybe,, cox dude,, this is a mobile,, and i think 32GB sounds fine for a mobile..
I have check the SE web site for Xperia S specification and found out that the memory spec is 32 GB eMMC for this phone , which is not internal memory as mentioned in the specification in GSMArena (correct me if I'm wrong ) , the internal memory is from 1GB to 1.5 GB as the SE web site mention .
you could refer to the bellow link from SE web site to make sure yourself :
Sony Ericsson has always givin you what you wanted from a phone, the C905 I had before was like this, and this is the same.. Massive memory, a fast CPU, and a big Camera.. This phone is a buy defo..
Narut0, 24 Jan 2012IT does have memory card slotI wish people would actually read up on things before posting... for the last time - IT DOESN'T HAVE EXPANDABLE MEMORY... go on any Sony website, Facebook, etc. it has 32gb internal storage only! (of which you'll get to use about 28gb...)
Parag bagade, 24 Jan 2012I will still go for sgs2 cause 1) super amoled screen 2) micro sd card slot 3 ) divx and xvid ... morehello mr, you have xperia s.? then how do you know told gs2 is best.? gs2 was low price and expand memory it's ok, but compare other all features r ...........? you know what is AMOLED and gorilla glass.? these r all just name not main features ok. mali 400 gpu was worst performance..! xperia s have sony bravia display with LED backlit and HD.Qualcomm MSM8260 Snapdragon SMART, not Exynos. rear camera 12mp and front 1.3mp with hd video calling... sony exmor r and 3d sweep panorama advancd features. first you will try to xperia s then post your opinion. SONY is worlds leading GLOBAL manufacturing...! no chance to BEAT any other brands.
no external sdcard slot made flashing rom difficult or impossible. so if I buy xperia ion i had to sacrifice the gorgeous xperia s design. Sony, this is hard to choose. Everyting else is identical except screen size, body design, network type, memory & battery capacity. I had to flip coin to decide which one to buy. arghhhhh.
Can't wait wait for this phone. Every time I look at the specs, I just wanna get it even more. Plus the phone itself is a beauty.
can u put the check quality for camera and video pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase
FÖ2, 24 Jan 2012Nice one on the quad core stuff.@ RG.
It is sad that alot of ppl just want to feel or brag ... moreI think you're underestimating the consumer audience here...
I don't think the amount of cores in a phone warrants any bragging rights - but what people want is the best possible customer experience...
I have a GS2 and it is leaps and bounds above the GS1... but there's still a lot of room for improvement...
Also 32gb isn't actually ever what you get in a phone - it may say that but typically you end up with about 28... now then... add up a couple of top-notch games that require sometimes up to 500mb each install... a couple of films or even just one TV series that you want to watch on the train... a couple of gigs of music perhaps? Then think of the HD video recording you're supposedly going to do on this thing and all the photos too... That's before any kind of apps install... now if you want to backup your phone using mybackup or something like that... there goes more space...
Not having expandable memory in this day and age is criminal - even 'non-heavy' users will struggle... it's suprising just how quick storage gets eaten up... not having this function cripples this phone... If the Ion can have it - why not the S? Glaring omission...
