1) htc desire x - no front cam bt, smoothher as lumia
2) xperia j - has front cam, ics on board, better than s duos in any preference.. gd battery 1750 mah, 1ghz proccsor but runs several games without any lag.
dont xpect miracles with this mob it is a singl core so lag is the factor..
3) lg optimus l7II - 15000 , dual core, 8mp cam,0.3 secndry, no hd rec 480x854 px only, 4.3 inch scren,dual sim , 768 mb ram,jlly bean, 2450 mah bttery
open flipkart and search..
4) optimus l9- 17500 rs bt best , 2100 mah bttery ,qhd disp, 1ghz dual cre, 1gb ram, ics, 4.7 inch disp, 5mp cam wid 1080p rec..flipkart

if u dnt want brand value then try canvs hd, xolo q800
these are comparable to s3 in processing quad cores, 8 mp cam, 1gb ram, 4.1.2 , frnt cam ,and hd disp of canvas hd.
these are some phones which are good

in my opinion u should buy a dual core one ..
bcoz singl core above 10k is useless and u will cry
opening even contacts take 5-10 sec
believe me
wat do u want wid frnt cam it only works wid 3g or wifi, 3g is so expnsive appx 1gb for 250-300 on any netwrk, and if u have to use wifi then better use ur laptop...
choice is yrs....
