Is there a way to prevent my metal frame paint from coming off? The red paint from my phone is coming off. Does this happen to the other colour phones?

Hello
We all Xperia sp customers have paid for that. And Sony sells sp with promise of kitkat update. We want official update of kitkat. Don't suggest us anything to root our phone.
Sorry for bad english.

> In reply to amir fahmi @ 2014-09-21 00:19 from KZ8L - click to readBoth devices will no longer receive updates from sony (both are running on android 4.3 jelly bean). Sp has a bigger display, better CPU and an even better GPU, while the xperia v is water resistant and has a better rear camera. Both phones have 1 GB of RAM, and while i dont know whether multitasking is good or bad on the xperia v, but sp is average at managing RAM and heavy games may lag at times due to bad RAM management. There are better phones out there, xperia zr (more RAM, waterproof, camera as good as xperia v, android 4.4), motorola moto x (2013 model) has more internal storage (but non-expandable), and matches the performance of xperia zr but also has been confirmed for an update to android L whenever it comes (currently on android 4.4).

> In reply to saqi86 @ 2014-09-19 23:45 from sSxI - click to readamong your two choices Motorola DROID Mini is better, bigger internal storage (but no SD card) bigger ram, better camera. splash resistant. with same chipset and GPU. droid mini is better. hmm won't you consider a brand new ZR should be priced the same. and a refurbished xperia Z is about the same price too.

> In reply to navaneeth @ 2014-09-18 20:17 from Y}KC - click to readBy the way, xolo play 8x-1100 has is also in the same price range as the nitro and has same specs except more internal storage (16 GB vs. 8 GB) and usb on-the-go support. Nitro does have a bigger battery than the 8x-1100 though (2500 mAh vs. 2100 mAh).

> In reply to k11 @ 2014-09-18 13:36 from rA%c - click to readHey K11, and yeah xperia ZR, how could i even forgot to consider such beauty. It's 2 gig ram would be i guess enough.
And yes i agree, you're right on the performance part. Whenever i use my mum's xperia L, i just give it up as it's far too slow for me or maybe XZ1 was just the perfect phone :'(
Thanks bud, i'll go for XZR.

> In reply to Ash62 @ 2014-09-18 07:11 from 2@kL - click to readHell yeah, totally agree with what K11 said ZR is better than SP. and price difference shouldn't be that much now. waterproof body, better specs, bigger ram, however I think SP looks better than ZR, metal frame and illuminating light effect, apart from that choose ZR if you're after performance.
