For those who are going to buy this phone or who are already bought it,
my advice: DO NOT UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM, IT WILL BE VERY SLOW AFTER UPDATED.
otherwise the phone is good and nice at all.
*** i tried everything to overcome this problem but it will never be smooth like with the manufacture installed system.
Anonymous, 05 Jun 2014hey .201 update faster as 4.1? many had d prob of restarting and slowness. No it's definately not faster than 4.1. If only 4.1 version had a good wifi, I'd have never upgraded to 4.3. However, I just have sort of slow response while: opening apps, shutting down, appearing keyboard than in 4.1. Previously it was like lightning fast. I don't like calling interface now. 4.1 was better in that case. But screen contrast and color is brilliant. I sometime think I have got an amoled screen :)I like it.

Someone_Reply, 04 Jun 2014I was thinking of getting an XSP and now on reading the opinions, I'm thinking about Moto G. P... moreDepends on what you want.
Xperia SP has support for external memory, a bit better camera, a bit better battery and a bit larger display.
Moto G has somewhat faster processor (which is not really noticeable).
Specs vote for XSP, but I personally would go for moto G because it is a bit smaller and has great developer support for additional custom roms which make the phone even better.
In the end, it's all up to you, sorry :)
I was thinking of getting an XSP and now on reading the opinions, I'm thinking about Moto G. Please suggest whats best. And will there be any issues when we update the OS?
plz help me galaxy s3 global version quad core vs xperia sp?
shean, 04 Jun 2014what best? dual core or quad core. it depends what type of chipset is ticking inside the dual core and quad core, but in general principle quad core is better at multi tasking than dual core as it has more cores to do a specific job and snapdragons are good at battery effeciency, for example Quad-core APQ8064 1.5 GHz Krait inside ZR and Z is better than Dual-core MSM8960T 1.7 GHz Krait inside SP, although in benchmark score it may seem that SP can win in some aspects but remember it's just scores in paper and in real life you can really feel that ZR and Z is way way better.

Beautiful phone and awesome specs yesterday my friend bought Xperia C superb phone super fast speed and awesome display and gaming experience Love it and now I am going to buy Xperia SP :)
Hello, after updating my XSP to 4.3 (12.1.A.1.201) the available RAM is 200-250 mb. Is this normal for 4.3? I have 360 security, Lux lite, viber, email and facebook app running in the background along with other inbuilt apps. I disabled google play magazines, play movies and tv, google play services, google+,hangouts, sony select and social life by the way.
Can I still gain more RAM by following any processes? Please suggest.
Thanks for your deep concern.
