I am using these phone for 3 days now.

I used Galaxy Y for 1 month before this, and I can tell you this. ICS and better display alone are worth the 2-2.5k extra.

Browsing on Y was horrible. QVGA stretched across 3 inches looked downright ugly. Tipo is much better with HVGA resolution. As for screen size, it is enough if you want to do upto 2-3 hours of browsing per day.

ICS is simply awesome. Everything is so much better.

Aside from these obvious advantages, you also get a better camera, better battery life and better looks. And there is a good chance this gets JB update.

As for the touch issues, I did face some during the first hour of use, but after that there are no issues at all. Every slightest touch registers correctly. Seems some sort of software bug which disappears after some use.

Temple Run runs without any problems.

So if you are in the market for your first Droid or if you are on a budget, then get this. There is absolutely no point in buying Y or Pocket.

having a very bad experience with the touch screen of this fone. the fone started giving touch response problems within 5 days of purchase. and sony has has has this policy of replaceable warranty only within 5 days of purchase. when asked at the service centre they said they will have to change the touch pad which will take atleast 10 days!!! would never recommend to purchase this fone. rating 1/10

Seriously, if u can survive without those 5000 then go for the Miro. If your kids will not eat for a week if you spend those 5000 then go for tipo.

My experience is that money we save we will spend for things we dont really need. I would even advice you to wait for Xperia J and spend additional 2500. If you can afford that is. Good luck.

miro is rs.14500 n tipo is rs.9500...
i like miro but is rs.5000 worth for the followin differences - bigger screen, better camera, front camera, sleek design n the illumination light..??
or should i just buy the value-for-money tipo?? if i buy tipo will i miss anything too much..??

I thought I was the only 1 with this problem. Maybe its a software issue. Reply if you have found a solution for it.
Btw this is the only problem i have with this phone...
