I dont usually comment, but I just want to give a warning to my fellow Xperia U users.
ICS is buggy and laggy! I am warning all of you, DO NOT upgrade yet until the bugs are fixed. There is not much improvement on the UI anyway, its not worth it!
I have Android version 4.0.4
build number 6.1.1.B.1.1.0

Mhmed, 14 Oct 2012hey guys what's the model of the headphone that come with this phone?UK sim-free, it's an MH410c headset, though I have seen unboxings from other regions that include a different model. The MH410c is a traditional in-ear device, whereas some of the others I have seen appear to be (superior) ear-buds.
Flovi, 15 Oct 2012Does this really have 1.6 SAR Value? Some says it's dangerous but if it is indeed, they prolly... moreNo, it's OK, it doesn't. It's a mistake most websites have copied. See http://personal.goznet.co.uk/xperiau-faq/#2 for more information on this particular issue.
Akk, 14 Oct 2012Hi bro, how come that you are getting soo good battery..
any tips from you please ??
Just follow the simple steps..
1. Enable Backlight only when it is necessary.
2. reduce the display brightness to 30-40%. This is pretty much good. u don have to strain ur eyes.
3. I don use HD games.
Most of all, it depends on how u use ur fone. :)
SonyXperiaFan, 14 Oct 2012Guys, what's going on with the ICS update? How does the phone work? Any lags? What about batte... moreUpdated to ICS yesterday... so far the experience is good... Battery life has improved pretty much.. havent tested it with heavy data usage or gaming... wit normal usage the battery lasted for 14 hrs with 30% remaining...
Does this really have 1.6 SAR Value? Some says it's dangerous but if it is indeed, they prolly wouldn't have been produced the device anyway--,*
If so, what danger will it possibly bring to us? :O
The Xpreia U is good in sensitivity and clarity. But its worse for its battery back-up and for the volume.
The battery back-up is damn worse and i am carrying the charger where ever i go. the volume is very bad than any model. Please think twice anyone who buy this model.
Brian O'Connell, 09 Oct 2012Hey friend i currently have xperia u facing a problem with it when I have white image/video on... moreYes I've just got the phone and I have this grid from the touch sensors too. It is actually so bad I'm considering trying to refund or exchange the phone. I hope this is a dud but it sound like a common issue. I've never seen the sensors obscuring the screen on ANY touch phone but these are so bad they almost look like dead pixels.
Guys, what's going on with the ICS update? How does the phone work? Any lags? What about battery life? Should we expect JellyBean update for Xperia U? Cheers!
