Xperia U does not has USB on the go support. I just confirmed with Sony mobile support.
I dont want to buy this phone from pre-order,..,bcos pre-order price are very high compare to market price ....i'll get it by store ....but i dnt know when it will b available and hoping the price will b around 14000 inr ;)
[deleted post]if u r lookin for a better gaming fone ,go for the neo v,a larger screen with a HDMI port.though U is a latest model, the specifications are almost the same
[deleted post]XPERIA neo V or Nokia 701 is best for u. if u r ok with internal memory of XPERIA U than u can buy that also. if u like business phone than Nokia e6 is also good phone. I recommend these phones for ur budget.
unik, 13 May 2012ST25a,ST25i-what does it mean? 2 different models?america and international.... i.e. cdma and gsm
[deleted post]Go for Xperia U, 16500 in Delhi. Best mobile in this range
I've just bought this for my girl friend.
This phone is nice
I've tested this phone with atutu bench, it got 5360
Not bad, :D this phone has good features and UI you will love it, the led really can attract people who never knows this phone. Despite, I really don't care the caps, because, it's really hard to remove the caps
beside the memory which is too small for some people, for me, it's enough, because this phone is not designed for HD gaming, and not a good gaming phone, if you're looking for gaming phone go for XS / maybe wait for XP
memory 2Gb for system, 2Gb for apps, 4Gb for user is enough for me
7.5 / 10 :)
its very great to feel in hands- nice ui interface - o already since 4 days
gauravxperia, 12 May 2012if and when ICS will be ther for xperia u..will it take up even more space..?as it has only 4g... moreGSM arena does not mention the internal storage completely. The phone actually has 8 GB of eMMC flash memory which is allocated for:
- System memory (2 GB) - where android os, phone system and its future updates are stored
- Phone memory (2 GB) - the amount of space that you can use to install your downloaded apps
- Internal storage (4 GB) - for your files or multi media files storage.
There is 2 GB of internal space for android system, etc (means 2GB of ROM along with 512 MB RAM) that would be enough even for android 5.0 Jelly B update.
[deleted post]if u are ok with Symbian than buy Nokia 701 n if u want android than go for neo-v.
Why people complaining about the 4G memory? If you guys want more memory go buy more expensive phone like Xperia P or S ok. The Xperia U is just a budget mid-range phone. Stop nagging........
hey guys anyone who has bought the phone please help
what is the user available memory? is all of the 4gb available or some is reserved for the apps? imp. cause it can change my decision towards this
