Anonymous, 11 Apr 2016I'm waiting for Sony to get their sh*t together. What's the point of this X Performance? No on... moreYeah, I guess you're right when you said no one will think of it as an s7 or g5 rival but why would they care if the functionality is just the same? because s7 or g5 is overrated or something? it's still gonna be a very great smartphone with no doubt. i am sure that some g5 or s7 owners who would switch to this device would surely be impressed by this device. but that would barely happen because as I said, this phone is underrated. no one would think that xperia devices are rivals to the other phones out there as long as they won't experience and just be happy with the device.
HA HA how funny.many are fighting saying its back is plastic nad some saying no and some are fighting for 2k amoled screen and some fighting saying this is flagship and some saying no.
Its so fun seeing that.but it is a midrange phone thats why it does not have 4k recording.the real flagship from sony will come later this year so if you dont want a midrange then just wait for the flagship.its gonna have super specs.amoled screens are good but they are not good at producing colours and they have less life span.also increasing screen resolution is a bad idea.it just wastes battery and performance power.sony xiaomi is doing great retaining the full hd screens.also its a metal phone not cheap plastic so sammy boys do a little research.sammy is only on the top coz it pays people for praising it and it only puts some useless things in their phones.
Comparing to Z5, this is fatter, heavier and with bigger bezels and yet it has smaller display and smaller battery capacity!! What a failure! A strong and decisive step back from Sony, i guess the mobile division really is going down...
I ve always liked Sony mobiles, but i it seems that Z5c will be my last of them, fair well Sony, thanks for all, esp the k750!!
Z5 and Z5c way better. I don't know why did Sony build X series like they did.........

Watch the waterproof test, it is not quite waterproof for s7 and s7 edge.
pheara, 14 Apr 2016why has not fast charging? It has,
look up accessories on official page
I dont give a fly what cameras it has. I rarely take photos and never selfies. I know how i look and i dont need anyone's approval on that lame fb.
All i care is for it to have:
- SD 820
- Adreno 530
- SD Card
I dont care if it has or not radio, ir blaster, nfc, fingerprint, stereo.
This year i want to upgrade from XZ and it seems i have only 2 choices for now: XP or S7.
I hate touchwiz thought comparing it to Sony 's vanilla android, but that's a minor thing as i will root the device from day one.
I just hope this year Sony will really make the phones waterproof, not only rain proof.
Have u seen the S7 handle 50 minutes in the washing machine and 10 hours in the freezer at -24 submerged in cola? I want that from Sony!
Kinda disappointed in the screen size. My z3v's 5.2 inchs is perfect. 5.0 seems like a step back, I know it's only a minute amount. Still, it'd be noticeable. I'll miss the Z series for sure.
Anonymous, 13 Apr 2016What's up with the low battery capacityFrom Hands-on Sony Xperia X Review: Performance and battery life
'' Even after hammering the X all day with near-constant camera use, app downloads and general fiddling, the battery had only drained by a little over half. Of course, I'll be testing out the battery in full for the in-depth Xperia X review, but right now it's looking at least as strong as the Xperia Z5 Compact. ''
It has new Qnovo tech ;)
