My Z lasted me a long time, often submerged in both hot and cold water and even in beer, and held under running water and running beer. When it finally broke it was from an accident and not water damage, i can safely vouch for the waterproofing of Xperia Z.
Maybe you got some kind of soap on yours (soap will break the water surface tension making water penetrate virtually anything), or some other kind of liquid chemical. Sony clearly states that its only protected against fresh water.
I am really frustrated, the cover flap to my headset is keep on popping out, i did not do anything, my phone is just 20 days, i went to the store for warranty and was advised that they will diagnose it first.???? :(

wait_what, 04 Aug 2014C6603 has LTE support, C6602 doesn'tTheres a difference in 3G bands supported also, 6602 has the advantage of 1900MHz HSDPA which is often used in East and SouthEast Asia cities and urban areas. 6602 also has 1700MHz but i dont know where that would be an advantage, maybe only good for roaming if you visit USA.
