I have noted battery life is given according to talk time stand by and music play... Wouldn't be better if battery life time provided on basis of gaming.....I m talking about all devices from all companies.... It would be better if someone can help me know which site would let me know about battery life of these devices and what is battery life of Xperia z1 based on gaming

RightR, 31 Mar 2014Is is the method using the Flashtool and FTF's from xda forums that you tried? Some said that ... moreyes...tried the Xda method without succes...also tried to flash 4.3 using some pro tools in a gsm service and device remained at the sony logo..had to use some other program after this just to put back 4.4..a lot of pain with these procedures...
voica gabriel, 31 Mar 2014you cannot install anything prior to 4.4...i already tried that without succesIs is the method using the Flashtool and FTF's from xda forums that you tried? Some said that it was successful for them though. But I guess I won't have to do that for now. My Z1 is performing quite better than the initial 4.4.2 update. I guess it's not really an update at all no change in version number, maybe a patch I guess. Performance in the battery department noticeably improved. Did other receive this update too?

Sory guys.. how to grab screen in z1?? I try over n over according instruction in downloaded manual pdf still not grabbing the screen . Please help..
I just have my Z1 for 1 day. Its built quality is superb. Previously using SGS2 and Xperia Mini. Besides the darker black levels Samsung's Amoled has, everything others is Sony taking the lead. The Z1's speaker is a little soft but ringtones is consider audible in noisy places. No distortion at highest levels. The sound quality from the earphone plug is excellent (tested with stock earphones from Sony). The LCD screen is clear enough to be seen under bright sunlight in middle brightness. Camera is far superior than SGS2. Crisp and clear picture, even closeups (Z1 doesn't have a macro mode) is better than SGS2's macro mode! Haven't tested all its features yet. But I tried to use a normal pencil or pen to touch the screen, it doesn't seems to work. Or is this only work for Z Ultra?? Overall, you won't regret owning Z1. SGS2 lasted me 3 years and it's still in good condition except that it hangs almost everyday. This Z1 for me should also last for a few years at least with its higher specs.
KD619, 30 Mar 2014take it easy guys, any new update will have some problems specially this kitkat since lot of c... moreI am sorry but i don't agree. I buy a product that should work well all the time. Sony should have tested more before releasing this update. It is better to stay longer on jb which worked just fine and then switch to a stable kitkat.
My money were all good, no issues with them so i expect the same.
