sony u r going best nd better than samsung nd APPLE nyc innovation don't put ur leg in unknown water concencentrate on ur phablets....bt i cnt wt foh dis......oh ma ultra lyf......
Now available here in Vietnam for around 850usd, though the price can drop in the next few weeks to an average of 600 to 700usd (similar price with Xperia Z and HTC One, initial prices were high but became drastically cheaper after 3 to 5 weeks). Check out this website: http://cellphones.com.vn/xperi...-c6806.html. I went to the shop and they have the white one available. Unbelievably thin, and it looks like a small tablet in my opinion. It looks beautiful and elegant, and I like the aluminum edge. The viewing angles are better than the Xperia Z. I am still thinking to replace my Xperia Z. Let's wait for the new flagship Xperia i1 if it has the same triluminuos display of the Z Ultra.
Everyone the z is only water proof in clean water it's says on the box (my sister has this I have the sp) and can not be used in the sea and if gets dust and water, the phone is ruined
why does samsung always defeat sony in phones....
note3 vs zu
approx. 33k vs 31k
8mp w/o flash vs 13 mp cam w/ xenon flash :(
although sony has a lot of lot of attributes like Triluminous & xreality.... i just cant seem to neglect its bad sides....
im gonna try and wait for honami and see if it will dominate sammy and htc ! ihope so!
battery talk time
Up to 14 h (2G)!!!!
Up to 16 h (3G)????
cm on?????? :(
Tcool, 23 Jul 2013Hahaha, can't hardly wait to get out of the rain before using the phone. I think to first thin... moreReally Tcool, you must be superman if you can suddenly find a dry place when you're already on the phone, you're statement just doesn't make sense. The world has been crying out for this waterproofing solution, it just makes sense. In one of your previous statements you say that a person has to be careless to get an accidental splash, if it's accidental it can't really be careless. Splashes happen alot, I'm not sure which country you live in, but I live in the country where it rains for most of the year - England. Maybe in a vastly hot country, where it rarely rains you will not need it, but for the UK and Europe this is what we have all been waiting for. Lots of people would like the option of washing their phone at time to time and yes you would be surprised how many people and especially couples love to video themselves in the shower and then upload them onto certain websites for all to see.
Cant hardly wait to get my arms chopped before I use my phone's eye scrolling?
Hahaha, can't hardly wait to get out of the rain before using the phone. I think to first thing to do when it rains is to get to a safe dry place rather than thinking of calling someone under the rain.
Washing the phone? Why not try washing your netbook and DSLR camera as well to keep them clean.
Taking photos and videos during shower? What, are we making shower video scandal? LOL!
Anyone heard of RAIN, can't believe some of the comments with regards to waterproofing. I use both my phones in the outdoors, and sometimes I have no choice but to use it in the rain, which is why the screens aren't what they should be anymore, hence the need for waterproofing. It seems to me that people either use their phone only at home and at work or not at all, I'm quite surprised. I also like to keep my phone clean, hence I would like the option to wash it now and again, and this will enable me to do so. Many people wish to take pictures and videos of themselves in the shower, this will enable them to do so. I tried it with both my phones and screens are partly ruined.
How would apps like flipboard be rendered on this device- tablet format or the more minimal smartphone rendition?
Hi,friends.I think sony is moving towards the peak once again to remain there!I am wondering what to add to the top hiph qaualities of this high-end phablet when everything by itself is ultera including the price!?Design, performance, features, and the other qualities are fantastic and masterpiece!Good for those whom have or intend to have it!I wish the best again for sony too to show the unexpectantly new innovations in the world of human art technology!I wish good healh, wealh, and luck, and happiness for you friends!

I reckon the water proof is just the way sony design their phone lately. You know, its just the template that they already good at, so might as well implement it on most of their phone.

It will only makes the phone expensive.
Lets face it, most of us here would not use a phone when going for a swim or taking a bath.
Yeah accidental water splash do happen, but I think it will happen only if the owner is careless.
I personally can never recall the time i needed flash when taking a photo. It always makes the picture looks weird.
Lets face it, most of us here would rather see what our phone can do shooting low light now arent we? flash got nothing.
please see this youtube video showing how brilliant the camera is, in fact it's actually much better than the camera in the xperia z
Anyone know if this will have the woeful in call volume that the first Z suffered with?
