Wonderful phone with whom i am well pleased. The mobile aint got no much flaws except its camera and battery life but if u use the flash or you snap ur photos outdoors for better representation.

Also to optimize battery when on the menu page, press opions on any of he menu icons and then illumination appears, just reduce it to 30% or 40% and ur power iz gonna last 4ever....

i loved this phone it had the ebst layout menu. best features. everything u needed. i broke it by dropping it in the bath a few times lol want it again now but cant find it anywhere not even ebay :'(

piece of rubbish, returned mine 6 times, and i just gave up going the 7th time, freezes, hangs, resets by ietself, messages does not work. etc

av been using this fon 4 quite sum tym,biliv me i want to throw it coz its useless,a flop.am just praying 4 it to be stolen so that i can buy a new fone.dont buy it

icant get mine to charge the battery went and now it wont do a thing it comes on then goes off straight a way can any one help or should i just put it in the bin

hi people am from kenya benq l71 is an ok fone owesome shape n good display but they should improove battery quality otherwise i'd advice people 2 buy it.

I bought 2 phones in 2006 in England, I live in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean, I need 2 replacement batteries because they both have swollen. Where can I get Li-lon 570 mAh batteries? I have family in the US.

What a shame, really sexy looking phone, good size and weight, love the flippy lid...awful battery life, and after about three weeks it wouldn't hold a charge at all anymore. Took it back to the shop they said all EL71 had a technical flaw and I would be better off throwing it in the bin and buying a new phone. Cost me £70, and all I have is a house brick...makes a good paper weight.
