I had same problem but found a solution. Plug the touch pad to main then press and hold both power button and home button. it will boot and charge. Goodluck.

Hi I live in India some time back my hp went dead then changed charger from US and its charging and some times it suddenly reboots with hp logo and starts . plese advice how to stop rebooting.
