I have been having browser issues. It will load the browser but if I close the browser and open another app then go back to the browser it takes 20-30 for the browser to even start loading. Its very aggravating. Anyone having the same issues?

It didn't do it until I did an upgrade recently... and I tried to undo the upgrade and go back to the backup I had, but it didn't work and I still get this annoying message. :-(

I have been having issues lately with the phone. Can anyone help me out? I keep getting this message on the phone that says sorry app SNS (process. Huawei.sns) has stopped unexpectedly try again. I also get App Huawei launcher in process com.huawei launcher 3 is not responding. Also, all of a sudden I am having trouble sending long texts and pictures. It will just say sending forever, and then fails. Anyone have a clue what these issues are about?

Ok, I had some battery issues with this phone. However I downloaded easy battery and easy task killer and it kicked those issues. Aside from that it won't allow me to set up my email. Keeps saying unable to open server connection. Besides that I love it. Tons of room, great camera great! It can do abunch more. Fast efficient and I can do pretty much anything I want on it. Need to find a case for it though before it gets broke.

When this phone works, I love it. But two months after I bought it, the battery software stopped reading the battery as charged, and it wouldn't work. Now--less than a month after being given a replacement, last night I turned the phone off (fully charged, and immediately afterward, the phone would not turn on. NOTHING, NO RESPONSE. No lights of any kind come on. I am right now waiting for the store to open and find out what is the problem.

everything is perfect except the 13 mm thickness. if it was less than 10mm i would have bought it

Forgot to say battery life is REALLY good. I worked a 10hour shift at work after the phone was always off its charger for 30min and it still had a charge even after watching something and playing with it every now and then

I had the accend and it was a good phone. Dropped it in water and got the zte score as a hold phone while on the waiting list for this one. It sucked to all hell. Had the mercury for a week and LOVE it. Fast great camera has flash do I can watch anything I want online. I love anime so that is a plus, this phone is on par with any phone companies android even better than a lot. Anyone looking for a hot phone has to look at this one

Very good Device, Have had the Ascend as well as the zte score and this one is far better than either one, 1.4g processor makes a huge difference as does the 8mp camera, clear pics with either front or rear facing cameras. battery life is on par with all phone like this, I am able to play music all night and still have 50% battery left in the morning. one of the best phones i have ever had.
