one of the best mobiles, i have upgraded this Hermes to windows 6 which is more finger friendly and equipped with social networking apps.

its indeed a nice phone but lacks so much in terms of picture quality and it has no fm radio with the exception these, i think its better than a number of ,black berry phones.

I am losing ring tone, like the phone is automatically shifting to silence mode.To correct this problem go to settings-to sounds and play ring tone.incoming ringer tone will be ok for some time and goes to silence mode automatically after some time, Then again I have to do the same procedure.Can I cure it myself? I don't have an access to an authorized service station near around.With regards

I'm using an i-mate jasjam..i'm facing a problem with using the windows live and the msn messenger on it..the "account options" color in windows live is faded and i can't have access to it even after formatting my devise..does anyone know waht's the problem or a solution?

try it.may b it works for u.i faced same prblem n it worked

How can i use the application for the internet browsing,i cant browse because the I.P. address is expired that was notification out to my cellular phone ,so how should i use it,even theres a wifi connection i should set um ISP,server IP ADDRESS AND OTHER INFORMATION SO i can connect by internet i hope you can help me with this...i am using I- mate JASJAM.THANK YOU!

if thats not the case then try a temporary method, its basically due to the over chaging of the battery. When u over charge the phone,the size of the battery increses the from the room provided to it,which may also leads to a tinney bulge in the back cover,for that matter, just simply play an audio file in ur phone n while the file is being played, just press the lower sides of the phone tight (close to the camera button) and c if the sound appers,if yes then simply replace ur battery to a new one.
