Can anybody on a T mobile contract version download the latest version of google maps to their phone? All I get at the end is not authorized and it stops the download.

I've heard that this phone won't be anable with wallpapers and themes or whatever you're calling it, yet... But LG's thinking about unlock it later! I'm getting my LG KM900 Arena about a month and I'm very excited about it! Hope it's good!

Can you tell me if you have upgraded your phone via this yet? Are you on contract (if so who) or sim free? Also on your phone under Phone settings/Handset Information what is your s/w version?

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-04-15 11:52 from nFpq - click to readYes they have a program for updating your phones firmware but there is not a new firmware out. It actually tells you in the manual about this updater program. The current firmware is 10j which is what my phone came with.

BTW I retract my earlier comment about being unable to edit contacts. You have to scroll the menu bar left to see the edit option. Nice of them to mention that in the manual :|

I am getting this phone in a couple of days, after having nothing but trouble with my Nokia N95 8GB ( I am currently on my 3rd model of this phone). I have been reading page after page of comments left by people in regards to the KM900. And i am beginning to wonder if i have made the right decision. I mainly use the phone for calls, sms, mms, looking at Facebook when i'm away and for loads and loads of game. Will this phone be suited for my needs? Or am i in for a big let down? Please can someone help me?

Can anyone tell me if this phone has the call recording option? I want to know if I can record the conversation without any problems, so that both me and the caller are heard properly...

it is smart and it's the fastest phone i've ever had.
there are some problems, but not more than with any brand new phone and almost no serious.

I'm liking the phone, i've had it a few days, i like the touchscreen and features plus being slim. The slow camera indoors is my only annoyance, its like using night mode on other phones, hope its sorted later.

As for no mark/unmark in messages, you just go to the drop down menu, select delete and mark what you want...

The same can be done in gallery for sending which im pleased with.

anyone able to tell me if iphone style apps will be available later?

Does anyone know whether the speaker for music is good?

As I heard from my friends that the LG Renoir speaker is horrible at playing songs.

And is it user friendly?
