How to use IrDA? Answer: U can only use the IrDA or LG U8120 by using the phone manager software provided by LG, the one w/c came with your Cellphone. But the problem is, the size of the files U could transfer is very small! So, it's almost useless at all!!!

Hi there, Can you please help me on how to activate the gprs on my phone, Im from the philippines and i have my smart and globe sim to use in it.. But un luckily .. i cant activate its settings im tired of calling the cust. care in both network bec it doesn't work... I also had problem in connecting it in other phone to get videos on their phone.. Please some one help me... Heres my number 09093117915 txt me pls..

Im Peter from Nigeria. I also ve LGU8120 & the infrared never work for 1 day with other or lg products. Pls can u produce more phones with effective infrared ports. Thanks

Im rhei from philippines.I have a LG U8120 for a year.I don't know why infrared doesnt work.Many times I tried it but it won't work.I also wanna ask if I can use video call
to other kind of cell phones,like can i use video call to a nokia cell phone?and how can isend and recieve MMS?how can i activate my GGPRS?can i download music from computers?thanks and God bless..

I had it 1 yrs before.it's infrared doesnot work.when i inserted sim card once and try to insert next sin it didnot accept.then i have to use only previous sim.i is hanged many times when i do service request to network.

hey Jaleah, n d otha guy dat needs his infared to function, i can be of a lil help here. for u Jaleah, the infrared doesnt work -mean it doesnt receive or transfer anytin (but myt receive biz cards). so jus 4get d IRDA n use ur data cable, ok? hope u'll find my idea ok.
and u...umm.. d guy dat wants to browz but cant seem to do it, i'll giv u d necessary configuration settings. but u gonna hav to tell me d operator u r using. my fone num is 07038196004 & my email address is michlizzle@yahoo.com

i had this phone for 2years and i loved it. although the infrared never worked either, but with the USB cable included i never needed the infrared. the phone is very logical. but after 2 years, i turned it off, and its never turned on again! :o(
