Big Kharmic goodness coming the way of the kind soul who can help me get the pics/texts of huge sentimental value off my phone to my PC.
Trouble is the main handset screen is on the blink - now blank. Everything else works.
To fix it (3g service advise) they'd need to reload software and wipe everthing from the memory!
Trying to see if it's possible to work out how to navigate blindly through the phone menu (that I can't see) once I've attached the USB to my PC. In short I need some kind, kind person to tell me what buttons to hit in what order in order to work my way through this process.
Feel like doing a random act of kindness?

Hi,

I am having trouble downloading the U8330 software. I found a LG Customer support tool but it will not recognise my serial # for some reason? My screen has broken and I am trying to retrieve my data. I tried emailing the address above but it bounced back. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it! :)

i ve had the phone for a while but does anyone know how to open a message but the message alert is blue like as in the little symbol. and when i go into inbox nothing there.

Hi!Good evenin'.I have my LG U8330 given by my aunt is Australia,it was working good for abt.a month but I was wondering why it dont open even if I put on the power.There is no display at all.What can I do to open it.PLS>reply me asap.Thanks and God bless!

I have 2 of these phones, 2 cd's for computer, but since PC was cleaned I loaded on the old software but now getting grief ... not synchronising PC with phone now, etc., checked com port, etc. but no luck. If you did receive an address to download software I was hoping you may pass that information onto me. If you had no luck also, possibly I could part with one of the CD's (mini'S)to see if you could have some luck. I would be very appreciative if you could. Just cannot fathom why I can't synchronize now, when we had it working well before the clean. Thank you.

You can transfer images via MMS.I have been using this phone since years a great phone.only drawback is the unavailability of a data cable..

Despite the unavailability of transferring images and videos this is a great heavy duty phone.battery time is impressive.3G quality is really good.very steady phone.It's a shame that the LG hasn't paid attention about this phone.

I just use this phone for 3G calls..It's quite amazing that the manufactures have remembered to add 3G to this phone.coz without that this is completely nothing.there's no way to transfer the images from the phone..IR doesn't work..limited memory ..no card slot... goes on..
