Don't use this fone for downloading pictures to your pc as it never works. i bought a data cable and software and it don't work. i even tried to download the software from the internet and that don't work either. dis fone is crap. u cant do nowt wiv it. don't buy it!!!!!!!!!!

Bought second-hand nec e338, and sim card, 3G pay as you go,(bought separately) On button works, shows NEC on screen... but nothing else. No manual, any ideas please. Many thanks.

i just bought my Nec 338 but i can't read the manual because is in German and iread English only,i'm a Ghanaian .Again i need the activation of GPRS badly .Hope i would here from you .

I found the phone very nice but i have a little problem with it. The GPRS and the MMS are very difficult to activate. Please i hope there is a way out because there lots of things i want to download through the GPRS and MMS. thanks.

Dear Sir,
I need the manual or anything to enable me operate my nec 338 handset. The manual that came with mine was in German and I speak only English language here in Nigeria. I am not able to get any answer from the mails in the opinion boxes.

hhaha i had this phone and thought it was AMAZING had it on 3 pay n go bargain at £50 video calling brilliant video capture and is it me or even though it has cif are the pics really good quality only problems i found were couldnt use bluetooth and couldnt file transfer between pc n phone things like mp3s etc but apart from that was a super phone..bu now i have k800i and i must say what a step up..but still i will always love this phone.!!
