*The fast multi selection is now available through a small tool to be installed
*the latest update 20.xx is great
*the recognition of the handwriting is very very good
*The sound is clear and loud (i'd say 8/10)
*The camera is rather disappointing :S (6.5/10)

QWERTY is faster once you get used to it.

I do not like the qwerty keyboard, as I have used the number pad since the inception of text messaging. Keep em coming Nokia!

I am from India and from Hyderabad. I bought this phone for the past two months. I faced some touch screen problems which are resolved as of now. I have seen many people writing about the latest version 20. My phone came with versionv11.0.008. From where do I get this latest update in India. Can any buddy suggest it please

Everytime I transfer music files to my 5800 using the USB cable, and when I refresh the library, it gets stuck for hours!

I've tried transferring using PCSuite, drag and drop, and every other possible way, but it still gets stuck! Is this happening because there's something wrong with my phone or has there been someone experiencing the same problem?

I've been using this phone for a month and I DON'T regret that I bought it..I love it!!!!!!!!Very good specs and touchscreen is amazing on a 3.2 inch! Good job Nokia!

Actually, all the phones manufactured before February might have the same problem. They were all made with the faulty earpiece.
But whether your phone will ever show the problem or not depends on some environmental conditions (air humidity, for example).

no new-ish nokia has the feature to display only the pics that you want from an album. if you want to, get this application. watch this video.
