It restore only setting to default without any data loss. For hard-reset use*#7370#. This will restore every thing and all data will be deleted. Enjoy nokia

i am using c5 from 2011 it works great but from last month done some issues with thise phone like camara not open, any application can't installed sw updatets not done in time what can i do

This was my third Nokia phone. The phone was good for me especially after upgrading from a lower range one(5130 Xpress music). I enjoyed browsing the internet on it with all the apps I have installed, but after using it for a little above a year, the camera would freeze up the phone when I open it and shortly after that, it stopped working completely. Plus, that thing covering the home/call/menu keys pulled off even when I handled it carefully with no much falls. Now, I'm on samsung galaxy S3 mini after using the C5-00 for two years.

as for me the nokia c5 if 1 of the best smart phone i have used with long battry life....i like the phone
