i've been using this phone since about 1,5 years. I love this phone 'cause i can use a simple quickoffice application to run my business, especially typing in word format and making presentation in ppt format. I think that it's quite useful for you guys that expect cheap phone with this professional feature.
It's so easy to use this phone as other nokia's phone. It's very recomended for those love business 'cause organizational calendar and e-mail feature in this phone are very useful.
2 MP camera is quite good for phone display. But, when you move the photo into PC, your photo won't be as beautiful as you see in your phone. When you download photo from search engine such Opera, your donwloaded-photo won't be found in your galery. It takes time to load your photo into your galery, so that if you want to see your downloaded-photo, you should go to aplication manager. Photo that you organized into folders also such burden to open your galery. I suggest you to not make folder for your photo if you wanna open galery quickly. And same cases also found in music player and messages, they also takes time to open when you have many music and many messages (2000 inboxs).
Sometimes, you'll get your phone hang after getting phone to someone that not accept your call. Browser runs in very low speed. I need a long time to open my ovi.store.
There are many disadvantages of using this phone. But, i keep suggesting you to buy this phone through many advantages that you'll get.
The soft keypad. The good quality of screen. The eficient and easy way for business. I always forget to inform you that adobe reader in this phone also very useful to open PDF files.
One thing that i always hate from this phone, the sound of camera cannto be muted and should be hacked to mute it. Another thing that i cant edit my photo in this phone.

E63 is very attrative hand set . It is fully feature phone. But main drawback of phone is that poor quality of camra and no secondary camra for video calls. And lound speaker also very low quality.

The phone get hangs when someone gives miss call. So on home screen it will show that miss call is there but will not show the person's name. Quite wiered !! And once this happens it stops updating the recent dialed and received call list. So even if you will dial some number this will not be shown in recent dialed list.
I have E 63 and using from more than 2 years now. But I have faced the above problem lot of times. Because of this you will not be able to see who gave miss call or any update in recently dialed/received call list.
Moreover if you call someone and as soon you press green call button you decide to hang up call and if you press red hangup button soon after pressing green call button, the phone will hang for few seconds.
