Kindly insert the SIM (micro SIM) properly, and hear a click sound, and ensure that the SIM inserts 3/4ths of the whole into the slot. I also got the same problem before, now mine is working fine. Regards

Use Bluetooth Sharing and sending

This is because, Windows OS in general is prone much to VIRUS attacks. So to stop this, the Lumia Series has not provided any mSD slot, BT can only be used to pair with Audio Enhancements. If at all you require to transfer anything, you require a Win 8 compatible PC with 'Zune App' Pre-installed,Only then, first you need to copy all those files first to Zune, and then with help of USB Cable, connect the phone to PC and then transfer the same. But risky and time taking.

it's a ultimate phone, u can get good internet experiance, after use this phone u never use any other OS like symbian, android, bada , window's give u ultimate internet experiance, and that phone also have lot's off featuries , like For better experriance There is Xbox Live - spports heavey games, nokia maps - gives u voice navigation and 3D dimantion street view, Nokia music - give u 45lack song any language, orignal, easy to use, and lumia have Bluetooth , for only contact sharing, bluetooth headset, window to window pic sharing , and it's able to share any other data coz it's a seure phone, never virus enter in windos phones, so it's good thing - Overall it's a Good phone Gives u ultimate phone , there is no any other Oprating system give u experiance Like Nokia Lumia window's Phones

Its just a wastage of money....needs some stuoid zune software which does not even recognizes the data in the pc.i just wasted 13000 rs plz dont waste any more. Its a rubbish phone.

first of all this nokia lumia 610 has done quite well as a smart phone. do not compare it with other higher spec lumias such as the 710,800 or 900 in term of speed and apps support.

good appearance, good battery backup and good user interface + good touch screen.

this phone is for those who appreciate smartphone at its price & performance. it only lose to others in terms of multimedia and entertainment wise.
